Extremely quick.
From the day we contacting Cotswold Plumbing to the day we have our new Worcester boiler installed was exactly 4 days . They were extremely efficient and did the whole job just for one day.Matthew and Jack turn up on time ,took the required Covid precautions and left no mess.
First class job from start to finish.

Fantastic service from Cotswold Plumbers, they answered when i called (many others i tried did not), could fit me in the next day, turned up on time and quickly assessed the problem. I needed a new boiler, which was fitted 3 days later. Both Jack and Matthew were polite, on time, did a good job and left the area neat and tidy. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family, thanks Cotswold Plumbers.

Matthew was very helpful from the first moment he took my call and came out within a couple of hours. He fixed the problem of no central heating on a cold day, where others had failed and I am very pleased with the service.

I called Cotswold Plumbers having been let down by my usual service provider and facing the prospect of a long period without heating. Matthew arrived as promised the next day and uncovered several problems with our boiler and managed to get everything fixed the following morning with the help of new parts and support from the manufacturer. I was impressed with the approach taken to resolving the problem and would thoroughly recommend.

I highly rate Cotswold Plumbers, a really good outfit, they are quick and efficient. I had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted in a day including new pipework. They have a considered approach, they look for the best solution to a problem not just what is quickest and easiest for them. It's good to know the job has been done right. They are very easy to deal with, they turn up when they say they are going to, do what is required and are professional, polite and easy to deal with throughout. Cotswold are now my go to Plumbers in Cheltenham, I don't have time or patience to mess around chasing people or worry about the level of service I am going to get. I know I am going to get a good service with Cotswold.

From the moment Matthew came to give us a quotation for a new combi boiler I was sure we were going to use Cotswald Plumbers. We had a few firms quote but what made Matthew stand out was the time he took to fully explain all of my options, the detail he went into and the way he answered my questions - I was already confident in him. Matthew and his colleagues completely replaced the water and heating systems in our house over 10 years ago, and have been our 'go to' plumbers ever since. Over the years, they have been unfailingly courteous, polite, and professional in everything they have done, right from a large installation job to the smallest of issues. Completely trustworthy, and always neat and clean, I would have no hesitation in recommending Cotswold Plumbers for their high quality work and expertise.

I initially contacted Cotswold Plumbers via their website to request a quote for replacing a conventional boiler and some very old radiators. The response was very quick and after a call-back, Matthew came out to assess the work and provide a quotation the very next day. I was impressed with Matthews' professionalism and the care he took to explain all aspects of the work that they would do, including compliance to building regulations, and decided to go ahead with Cotswold Plumbers.

The work itself was done within a day by Matthew and his colleague (think his name was Jack) to an excellent standard using high quality materials. I am very pleased with the new boiler and radiators; the whole house now warms up much faster than before.

Had a new boiler and hot water cylinder fitted. The work took two days as quoted and was started on the day arranged. Friendly and efficient service and the old boiler and debris was taken away and all was tidied and cleaned afterwards. Great Job!!

After ringing at 11am and speaking to Lauren, Matthew came on a call out by 2pm. After diagnosing our old boiler had faults beyond repair, Matthew gave an honest but professional recommendation and we managed to book a replacement installation the next day. Really pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone locally.

This was the second time we've used Cotswold Plumbers and each time the service has been exceptional. Jack resolved the issue and took time to explain the cause of the problem - and went above and beyond to explain how we can prevent/remedy the issue ourselves going forward. We'll certainly be using Cotswold Plumbers whenever we need a plumber in future.

I wanted an authorised Worcester Bosch installer with a good Trustpilot rating and found Cotswold Plumbers, not having used them before. The old boiler had failed, so there was no hot water. I was very pleased with how quickly the quotation and then the actual installation were completed. The quality of service was consistent with other reviews on this site: well-considered advice; a neat, clean job done on time and in line with the quotation; and a friendly and professional manner. I'm happy to recommend.
