Ordering was easy

My query was answered quickly, which enabled me to order the item I needed. My only criticism is that I wasn't told when the item had been despatched, I was away for the weekend and when I got back I eventually found it in the coal bunker.

Personal care and quick service

I ordered a fragile part for my sewing machine foot pedal. It arrived a couple of days later, extremely well protected in bubble wrap. Obviously great care had been taken to ensure it didn't snap. Thank you
