Excellent Service from Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff
I required some advice and, as usual, was able to ring this business and speak to their staff (something quite rare these days). I completed my transaction, on line, very easily. I was kept updated with the progress of my order and it was despatched promptly. Sadly, at no fault of Couling's, Royal Mail were unable to match this experience. They caused a significant delay in delivery. This matter was resolved effectively after another call to Couling's. I have now received exactly what I ordered and am very pleased with the product and service I have received - especially the personal touch. Thank you
