Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Ordered online. Received an email saying they will deliver between 10-6pm on the 22nd. I waited all day at home taking time off work on the 22nd. I then call at 530pm- only to be told that the delivery is tentatively scheduled for the 26th. But they can't be sure. And given that I am using climate change vouchers I have to be home for the delivery in person. Waste of time- do not order from Courts.

Terrible online ordering experience

Terrible online ordering experience, items passed the delivery timeframe with no word from Courts and no attempt to contact me.

After I reached out to them, the customer service would not commit to even a timeline on when I can expect a response. I couldn't even change the order to having me pick the items up myself at once of their physical stores.

Atrocious policies, abysmal service. Total waste of my time and effort, and it's not even as if they're cheaper than purchasing off Shopee or Lazada.,

I bought LG TV from the promoter

I bought LG Syaiful whi had promised us he will help us arrange on the installation once we are ready to set up. However when we tried to call and Watsapp, there is no response at all. We had then proceeded to contact Courts Customer Service and Hilmi has acted very arrogant and refuse to help us. He simply tell my me to wait until the promoter is not busy to get back to me. The time i wrote this had been 5 hours past, still no respond. And Hilmi refused to let me have LG phone number for me to make arrangement directly.

buy two lousy fridge from courts toa toa payoh

My wife and I had totally unpleasant experience with courts singapore in toa payoh branch as my fridge had broken down over one night without any sign. Hence my wife and i went to courts singapore in toa payoh to shop for a replacement fridge next day after work at 7pm. we spend some 2 hours in court hoping to get a replacement asap. We were attended by one young sales by the name of Alex. All he knows and his focus was about elaborating the fridges latest technologies. However he did not even bother about the measure which is way more important than other factors. As time almost reaches 9pm, Alex told us to make up mind fast and made payment so that he can make order for delivery on the next day. We were convinced by him with the model which he highly recommended, only upon confirm to that fridge then he start to ask regarding the measures of the location that we will be placing the fridge. Of course I do have all measures of my current fridge in my mobile phone before going down to court.
After providing the measures to Alex, he was confident that selected new fridge can fit into the location to replace our faulty fridge so we made payment. However the next morning, alex texted my wife worrying that fridges can fit in however the bottom portion may not able to pull the cabinet entirely. As my wife was busy at work and she was no in the right mind to get the full picture of what alex was trying to say therefore we did not stopped courts from delivering the new fridge. When the new fridge reaches our home and placed into the location and fridge door can be open at the max of 80 degree at most. my wife was angry about the situation and asked the delivery guy to take back the new fridge as this was not within our expectation after spending 1100 dollars. Courts told us that they charge us 30% as the fridge was unboxed whereby it cannot be label new. it was third day since our fridge had broken down, as i hope to salvage the situation, i went to my mother place to see if this new fridge fit her place and replaced her 20 old still working fridge. Well, good new was that the new fridge can fit. hence I suggest to my wife to get another second fridge from courts singapore toa payoh. of course we did not made the same silly mistakes again this time, we got a small fridge with smaller measurement and we got replacement fridge without issue. next will be the delivery to my mother place, i had instructed alex to call me in advanced of the delivery to my mother and he agreed. On the day of delivery today, his delivery guys had not done so. I got to know of this delivery from my mother when it was at her home hence i need to rush down to my mother from workplace via call taxi which cost me 30+ dollars. The first fridge cannot through the kitchen door therefore the delivery guy recommend to dismantle the fridge doors which i had agreed without any choice. what made things worse was that delivery guys have not equipment to dismantle the fridge doors, hence i suggested to them that we go to get that equipment whereby i will foot for equipment. After buying the necessary tool, the delivery guys dismantled the fridge doors and place the new fridge.

the whole experiences with court was really bad which i paid some extra on the tool and taxi fee.

Great experience at Courts Furniture

Great experience at Courts Furniture! Sales staff James helped me find the perfect fridge replacement, patiently explaining measurements and ensuring it fit my cabinet. Not pushy, just helpful. Colleague Kai assisted with payment and matched a competitor's price without hassle. He was able to arrange next day delivery smoothly. Both were friendly, polite and made me feel welcome. Highly recommend James and Kai for their excellent service!

Company with slowest refund ever

Refund in 15 working days?? Are you still stuck in the 1970s? How does a refund for an online order take 15 working days? It’s feb and there’s Chinese new year, so it’s gonna take a whole month 🤬🤬

Bought a 86 inch TV

Bought a 86 inch TV, check with sales staff and confirmed can enter lift hence proceed with the purchased. On the day of delivery, delivery staff said with box cannot enter lift must remove box then can enter lift and quoted $100 additional for them to unbox it. I'm really unsure is this the procedure?

Advertising products they don’t have

Courts advertised a premium vacuum cleaner on sale at a 60% discount. I went to the physical store. They said they had stock but not at that store. I ordered online there and then and got a message saying I would get the product within a week. A month has now passed. They say they won't get stock for at least a month but don’t know! They offered an inferior vacuum cleaner at the same price, reflecting only a 20% discount on retail price. After several email exchanges they simply don’t reply anymore. They have been dishonset.

Called Courts Singapore to check which…

Called Courts Singapore to check which outlet has the item I wanted to buy only to be greeted by a stupid bot and stupid options that don’t give any useful options or even to speak with a human being.

Called their customer service and reached out via their chat function, all very useless and very unhelpful. Please don’t give your money to a company doesn’t take care of it’s customers.

Courts sofa quality issues

I have several issues with my sofa delivery. Firstly they delivered a manual reclining sofa though we ordered an electrical one. We have to wait about a month for the replacement while using the wrongly delivered sofa. After I received the correct sofa and used for a month, discolouration patches appeared on one of the pieces which clearly is a quality issue. Courts agreed to bring back to clean but could not totally clean it off. Courts attributed this to wear and tear and refused to replace. Similar patches also appeared in other pieces. There wa no problem when we used the wrongly delivered manual reclini bf sofa for the same period. It’s an obvious quality issue which Courts denied. I’m without proper set of sofa for months and Courts is eager to just return my sofa and close the case.I find such behaviours to be totally irresponsible and not trustworthy as a major retailer. Super bad experience.

Wallace, very friendly and helpful staff

Wallace, the attending staff at Courts Toa Payoh central, was very friendly and affable! Listened intently when queiried about the product by my spouse, and replied earnestly! Not only did he explained about the item we're purchasing for our daughter, he went about checking this and that for us to ensure that our purchase was fruitful!
Thanks, Wallace for the great service! Speaking from one former frontline staff to another, you represented Courts well! The friendly and approachable attitude went beyond expectations! And our daughter was very excited of the Wii 2 gaming console!

3-5 days to process, 3-5 days to deliver

For an online store, their processing speed is pretty slow. Do not bother buying online unless you have great vouchers or discount. It might be faster buying from Shopee and Lazada even if its shipped from China

Never ending bad service from Courts

Never ending bad service from Courts. NEVER BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THEM! or you are going to regret it! I bought a 5 year warranty only to be terminated 2 months before it expired! Just because my washing machine broke down at this time. I have been having such bad service from them because these staff are not doing their proper job of customer service. What is their HR doing hiring them?My washing machine has been giving me problems and had been repaired due to faulty motherboard and screen. So this time, they say i have used up my repaired service and will be terminating the contract?!
A contract is a contract. We paid for it. We wont bother asking for help if the washer works fine! Its the product you sold that has been giving us the problem, what can we do?
Never buying at Courts again.
Please just go to Best Denki or Harvey Norman. Its better.

No trust and empathy towards its customer

I bought a karcher cordless vacuum from Courts Causeway Point on 23/10/2025 and upon opening the box when home, I noticed that the charger was missing. I called Court customer service and after many back and forth, I was told that I must bring back the whole box in order for them to check whether it is true that the charger is missing. I told him that I have already assemble the vacuum cleaner and it was so bulky to bring but he insisted that this is their procedure. To me, this is ridiculous as I felt that Courts don't trust their customer and have no empathy at all as how am I going to bring the box and assembled vacuum cleaner and who is going to pay for my transportation.
