One of the most backdated company I've seen till date
I seriously wonder after so many successful stories of e-commerce. How can a company be so bad at it. Everything about their online capability is bad. From their process, fulfilment, customer service, hotline, anything online basically.

Sold me a defective LG Tone Earbuds from Courts Online. CS refused to return/ refund or replace because the box was unsealed (customers not suppose to open their purchase). Forcing me to turn to LG, issue still unsloved. Waste of money and time. Lesson learnt to never buy from Courts Online again.
Sold me a non-functioning apple pencil
Sold me a non-functioning apple pencil, forcing me to deal with Apple Service for hours. Oddly, the packaging was in Thai -- don't know what they're selling, but what a crappy retailer. Terrible prices, shoddy goods, mean-spirited customer-service policies. Maybe people accepted such a badly run business decades ago, but nowadays there's no reason, just buy from a decent online retailer.
I am extremely disappointed with my…
I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of an aircon from Courts, which is less than one month old. From the start, I have faced issues and repeated delays in getting proper service.
A technician came over and mentioned that there might be a leakage, which should not be happening for a brand-new unit. He was kind enough to help me top up the gas. However, when I contacted customer service, I was told that gas top-up is not covered under warranty. During the purchase, none of the staff informed me about this important detail, which feels very misleading.
Despite the technician’s visit, my aircon problem is still ongoing. Instead of resolving it, customer service simply told me to “monitor first,” leaving me with a faulty unit that I just paid for.
This entire experience has been very frustrating — no transparency during purchase, poor after-sales support, and my aircon is still not working properly. I truly expected better service and accountability from Courts.
Pathetic service
Placed an order 2 weeks back and until now haven;t received any updates on the delivery schedule inspite of contacting multiple times.
They mentioned that they schedule will be updated in 3 days, but until now no updates. Pathetic service. Stay away, not worth few $ saved.
Poor Service for the washing machine and dryer Installation and Staking
Bought the washing machine and dryer machine.
When come to delivery date, they sent only the delivery team, so on that day itself, no installation for staking.
I have to call the Courts for staking installation. This is unacceptable. Time consuming.
When the installation team came, they did the staking however I need to buy the necessary things like white tape, extension etc2.
I have to install adaptor, white tape etc2 on my own.
If I need their assistance to install the white tape etc2, I need to pay for their extra trip.
My things not yet tested if the machines work.
Good service experience
I was attended by Faridah the sales staff on 15 Aug25 @ Tampines store. She was very helpful. Delivery was on time on schedule. Had some defects on the coffee table. Delivery man was very helpful. He called his office to report & was told that the sales staff will follow up with me. Same day late evening, Faridah called me to follow up & and the issues was resolved efficiently.I am glad that I met a staff who is service oriented and I hope all other customers will receive the same level of service I experience at the Tampines store or their own outlets.
Terrible Online Ordering Experience
Ordered a Philips All-in-One Steam Iron through the Courts website on 12 Aug 2025, which promised delivery in 5 working days, and that their team would be in touch to update on delivery details. Did not receive any communications from Courts. Called on 18 Aug 2025 (5 working days later) to check on the status of my order and the sales assistant on the phone could only request that I continue to wait for their team to contact me and could not provide any firm dates on delivery or when the Courts team would contact me. Still waiting for updates from Courts.
Courts Lousy Service
This is my first experience with Courts Singapore, and regrettably, it has been the worst I’ve encountered with any major company. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the service provided by Courts and the performance of your appointed third-party repair vendor. The service quality is poor, the technical knowledge appears lacking, and the communication has been almost non-existent.
I am genuinely puzzled by the vendor selection process. It is unacceptable for a customer to be left without a functioning fridge for over two weeks. My request is simple: if the fridge can be repaired, please do so properly without causing further inconvenience. If it is beyond repair, kindly be transparent and inform me. What I’ve experienced instead is an indefinite wait with no clarity or resolution.

12 August 2025
11:04am: Called again; still no update and inform them to get back to me.the requested me to wait again for a few days which I refused. Well even if you refused to they also don’t care they just refused to call you back.
4.20pm : called again and inform the call center I would like to speak to someone who can make decision. They say they will arranged and definitely someone who can make decision will call by today BUT they cannot reveal who will call. Well not surprise they failed to call again.
Seriously I have got no idea how to get Courts to expedite an issue. As there is literally no means to lodge a official complaint , everything is channel through the call center which things don’t move.
On 11 August 2025
On 11 August 2025, from around 3 PM onward, I visited Woodlands Courts with my family to purchase a water dispenser of a particular brand. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The salesperson attending to us did not seem knowledgeable about the product and repeatedly told us to "come back another time" as the promotion was currently unavailable.
We asked if the product could at least be switched on for us to view, but received the same response. When we requested assistance from another staff member, they also could not provide much information. We then asked to speak to the manager, but the manager never came to assist us.
I was left wondering — if the store has a product on display, why is there no salesperson who knows about it? As a customer, I made the effort to visit the store and expected proper assistance, not to be told to return another day without any meaningful help.
Very disappointing experience, and I hope the store can improve staff training and customer service.

Courts Cheating by selling extended warranty
Hi All, Please be carefull with courts and they sales person nowadays they are cheating by selling the extended warranty The salse person would sell the extended warranty telling customers that for whatsoever reasons the item will be repaired or replaced if need to even at customers fault .. so much for empty promises … what the sales person or cashiers tell to you please ask them to highlight in the T&C and counter sign bez End up they throw all the terms and conditions to you when ask for repair.

Buying things from courts is easy but will make your suffer
Buying things from courts is easy, But if anything happened to Aircon, TV or other items they will make you cry and waste time. Please don’t buy extended warranty or anything from COURTS they are useless and won’t help you.
Bought Daikin aircon single split from…
Bought Daikin aircon single split from Courts installation completed on 21 April, aircon started water leaking profusely on 13 June late night, contacted their installer today and there’s no response, called Courts customer service today they can only arrange repair 2-3 working days (excluding weekends), there is completely no sense of urgency, never get aircon from them unless you have plenty of time to wait for their response.
Poor public conduct of their staff outside of Courts
Had mistaken their male staff wearing spectacles in his 50-60s of age wearing similar blue company t-shirt for the staff at a supermarket at Clementi. Instead of responding in an appropriate and professional public conduct, his gestures and attitude were uncalled for, uncouth and incoherent. He also acted as if he had the prerogative of behaving in that self entitled manner. He also seemed to bear the staff pass of Courts. Sad to see such public conduct of this staff personnel.
Sales staff Faridah at the furniture…
Sales staff Faridah at the furniture department deserves a medal. She is very knowledgeable, patient, not pushy and very polite. Even her follow-up of my order was excellent.Very committed staff.
My family will definitely recommend friends to see her if they want to buy sofas. Fortunately we chose to visit the megastore instead of Courts at Tampines Mall.
Staff at Tampines Mall are not that knowledgeable and willing to serve.
Thank you.
Don’t buy courts online

We managed to purchase a new 2 leather seaters sofa no doubt unable to trade in but she gave us a discount. She is very patience and helpful and go out of
her way to assist us. She always smiling and provides very good services.
We sincerely thanks her.
