I don't understand how Couteau Laguiole track their parcels, becaus I have received this invitation to "rate my experience" - yet, there is nothing to rate except the ease of the ordering process on the webb. I ordered a customised knife on the date indicated above and still have not received anything (one month and 10 days later - while the website shows 9 day delivery to Afrika...). What makes Couteau Laguiole think that the order is complete? Can they produce a signed document or some sort of tracking method for this? My status in my account also changed to "no previous order history".. So, apart from tha amount of money that left my account, I have no account record on their servers of this transaction ever happening... Can this be?
Couteau Laguiole please sort this issue out and I may considder writing a more positive reveiw.

Quick, personal service. High quality item.

This is a beautiful shaving implement, I had it personalized with my first name written on the blade which looks good, but it should have been centralized instead of being close to the heel.

Delivery was nice & quick all round very pleased.

The knife I bought represents extremely good value. It is as good, as the Laguioles I own from other, well known companies made in France the traditional way, but at a fraction of the cost!

This is a gift for the Master of our Masonic Lodge. The knife is perfection and the engraving is superb. I know he will treasure it.

fast deliverry, goods as expected

I bought a pocket knife with cork screw which I saw in website. Delivery is reliable, it reached in 5 days of the purchase. For the product, I do feel satisfied but not awesome because it doesn't seem like very new to me. There are a bit of grease in the line like it was polished but not clean properly.

I received my knife quite promptly, considering I opted for the free delivery. Beautifully crafted and presented. I fully intend to purchase more knives from this artisan.
