Quality of clothes are very poor. Sizes are large. You have to request a return via email. Once you do, they refuse to do a return unless you are willing to pay crazy shipping fee. Only willing to give you like 7% return of your money. Do not order from this company. Total scam.

Ails back and forth assuring me it was coming were great but what a let down when it arrived - I bought the skirt and top set with lace details on front and the material is cheap and the top is shapeless - I would not be seen wearing it - it’s fit for the bin!!! Would not recommend this company sorry they do not sell good quality clothes - but from SHEIN instead!

This company doesn’t stand behind their shipping, poor customer service. They will happily take your money then they don’t even know where it goes, once the item leaves their warehouse god knows where they ship it! I ordered in January and they say it was delivered to my door but no one has seen it and they tell my to contact the shipping company but no one at their warehouse knows who that is. So your just shit outta luck with your money, they already got that!

Don’t buy from this company ! They don’t accept returns cheap and a total scam.

The biggest scam ever...
I ordered 3 lovely dresses only and received 2 very poor quality desses, I wouldn't even use them as a dish cloth.

I email the company to process a return as I couldn't confirm to have received 3 dresses when I only received 2, and had no reply since then.

This company is definitely not aligned with Sales of Goods Act, they are advertising a product online but sent you something else completely different from what you have ordered. This is definitely a very big scam, even if I don't manage to have my money back I just want everyone to know the truth about this company... STAY AWAY AND DO NOT FALL OF THIS SCAM.

If only o could post the pictures of what was advertised and the pictures of what I received, so that everyone can either laugh or cry along.

Awful company to deal with. The clothes arrived but quality is awful. When I wanted to return, as suggested on website you have to contact customer service email. Refund process made very difficult.
Refused to refund my full money, offering only 10% refund. In the end I raised a request to my bank account who fortunately got my money back.
Con company I would suggest going elsewhere to buy your goods!

Please do not buy! The quality is very poor and nothing like the pictures. I wouldn't even try to resell these items due to sheer embarrassment ! AVOID

You cannot return either!

It is not possible to make any returns. On their website they say that you can return the items but when you try to do so they don’t give you the option. I have already sent them 7 emails asking for the address to return my item, which I have to say is of very low quality and too small in size, and I’m still waiting for them to give me their address. They reply saying that it will cost me a lot of money to send the product back, and that they can offer me a 15% refund if I keep it. Despite telling them 7 times that I don’t want the product, they don’t give me the option to return it. I have to say that they respond one email per day, so I have already wasted a week of my time trying to return a product that I don’t want and which I have 30 days to return.

Shocking quality and sizing is not correct.
I have tried to return the items ans the link page to do this is not available I email the customer service support who have been dreadful and they are not willing to send me the return details - I have been told to take the items to a tailor to get them altered and will refund me 15% - firstly this would not cover it - but this is not possible as there is not enough material to carry out the work, they have said it is too expensive to return them.
I have sent my fourth email today requesting them to be returned and for me to be refund- it states clearly on the website that returns ana refunds are available WHAT A LIE!! It’s a shame I have had to resort to writing this review

Disgraceful company the dress was terribly made awful see through material nothing even remotely like what I ordered when I emailed to return I was told I would need to send to china at a cost of $20-$70 basically that it would cost more to send back than I would be refunded AVOID this scam company at all costs total scammers

They sent me a green dress that didn’t look like the picture was short really badly made and stitched inside out. They’re not willing to give me a full refund only 55% of what I paid for the dress, due to their postage costs! Customers should be given a full refund if your clothes are faulty and badly made!

I made an order with this company and they only shipped a partial order. I’ve asked multiple times for a refund on items never received. In fact I’ve asked for a refund on my full order and this company has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I plan to put in a report with BBB and also contact my credit card in order to dispute. I would never recommend this site to anyone. I wore one of the clothes and as soon as wore item the button fell off. Cheap!
