My iPad is really important to me and should the worst happen I would not be able to easily replace it. The website was so easy to navigate, I was able to get exactly what I wanted and the price was extremely competitive. Will definitely look to cover my other gadgets with them in the future

I changed the device on my policy and when it came time to claim it was still my old device which I no longer had so I couldn’t claim on my new one. Not ideal when it’s an emergency I wouldn’t recommend.

Refused to pay for a straightforward claim. Do not use.
Cloud cover have a very slick process to ensure they don't pay the claim, referring to the detailed terms of the policy. They manage to do this even though they didn't send a copy of the policy.
My partners bike was stolen from a locked shed behind a locked gate with CCTV.

Quick no fuss re establishment of my cover. However after an unfortunate misunderstanding leading to the wrong phone being covered from last year. The matter has been resolved though.

It was a wonderful experience listing all my necessities & got it covered in no time.
The only thing was that you don’t your own login personal customer account to view and list more kitchen home appliances without reaching out for customer services which causes too much pain, stress, misery & hell when we need them if there aren’t any answers and especially personally speaking from myself I hate writing, phoning because of lack of understanding & all communication with all humanity & e all try our best to understand all languages, accents to get my work done as quickly as possible and without delay.
