Had my solar panels installed this week by 4 fabulous blokes Lee, Mark, Dickie and John. They arrived nice and early to get the job completed in a day and conducted themselves in a very professional manner from start to finish which meant I was happy to keep the coffee flowing on a very cold but sunny winter day. I had solar panels installed on the 10th of January excellent customer service and the guys that fitted them were very helpful , I would definitely recommend the company to friends and family.

Our batteries have stopped working. Cozy Energy sent out an engineer to test the issue and they took batteries with them. Unfortunately they had a bit of a delay with the manufacturer and it took some time to get to a resolution however Cozy Energy stood up to the challenge and very kindly replaced faulty batteries with another unit.

The installation from the guys at cozy was carried out perfectly from start to finish and I can recommend the company to anyone thinking of installing solar

The roofers replaced a couple of broken tiles outside of goodwill and the electrician Mark worked to a very high standard

John was very helpful and not pushy with the sale and kirsty helped with the paperwork

From start to finish Cozy Energy supported us brilliantly through the purchase of our solar panels. They suggested different set ups, layout, battery options, optimisers and finance options. Installation was also quick and easy.

Had 17 solar panels and two batteries installed in August and have had problems from day one first with the installers who did not listen to my concerns also two of the installers had real bad English so any technical conversation was almost none existant .On the day of installation all that was done for 2 hrs in the morning was unload the equipment in the morning then of they went ,a couple of days later they returned but without Arthur who had gone back to Poland his replacement guy who seemed to know what he was doing found that the roof brackets were wrong type the office insisted he use them by packing them with plywood and he refused and insisted on getting the right brackets so nothing was done on that day as well,l stayed and waited for the right brackets to arrive for me to unload a couple of days later Arthur returned with the rest of the team and they completed the install in a day,Arthur had to come back a couple of weeks later to fix broken tiles it was pointed out to him that the roofer l had check the tiles had pointed out to me that one of the brackets was not secured properly to the roofing joists but Arthur said it was the bracket bending which l disagreed it was pointed out to him that the inverter was getting overheating and smelling so much l placed a fan near to help cool it down this was not taken seriously and nothing done,after this things got worse and the RCD kept tripping out on the small diss board installed by Arthur and this has been going on for over a couple of months and after many phone calls and discussions with the girls in the office who are none technical we had Arthur back and he talked to a Growatt technician and come to the conclusion that the inverter is faulty,we were told by Arthur that he would report it to the office and get a new one under the guarantee,five weeks uptill now are still waiting to see what Growatt are going to do and Cozy ,they dont seem to want to help, hard to get hold of or return calls,cant get a hold of the Director who does not want to know ,the system installed does not produce power like it was sold to us for so we might as well kept our money and paid it towards the electricity bill,l may add this was paid for from our life savings to help us later in life!!

I ordered solar panels and battery storage for my home from Cozy Energy. I paid my deposit in August. I've now been chasing for five months and have still not had my panels installed or even a confirmed installation date.

Responses to email are sparse and they even seem to stop picking up the phone. I was once told that 21 November would be installation, only for that to come and go and lo and behold nothing happens.

I've now told them I want my money back and they've stopped responding to me completely. Stay well clear.

I can't praise this company highly enough. From initial enquiry with Steve Kennedy, to install four weeks later, everything was smooth and hassle free.
I was never pressured to purchase, and all my questions were answered honestly.
The fitters were on time, efficient, and worked till 10pm to get the job completed .
I will certainly be recommending Cozy to my friends and family.
Excellent job well done.

Installation was smooth but the battery doesn't function as it should and the company doesn't seem very interested in either communicating or resolving the issue leaving my elderly parents quite upset and confused.
Update: after posting this review the company were very quick to ask me to take the review down but still won't engage with actually solving the problem.
Having examined the handover pack supplied it appears that the installation certification isn't included.
Next step is reporting to Trading Standards.
It should be noted that they are offering £50 for 5 star reviews so best this in mind when reading these reviews.

Our link was Steve Kennedy. He was really good - gave us the info - no pressure - explained things well and was always on hand when we needed him. We took 3-4 months to decide and he kept the price the same even though I knew it was going up elsewhere. Called me once it had been installed (PV panels and battery) to check how it had gone. Two Polish guys (Artur and another) fitted it. They were fab. Great comms - super polite and left it all neat and tidy and sorted out all the techy stuff well.

Had 18 Panels plus 2 batteries and an Iboost for the hot water installed last week. The install did not go entirely to plan due to the wrong brackets for connection to my tiles which meant it was completed a few days later, but to their credit, it also meant that I was able to acquire the second battery and the Iboost. Overall had the system a week, still waiting for the MCS but very happy with it. From placing order to install was around 5 weeks and good communication.

Not what I expected having talked to others who had solar panels installed. George was knowlegable, knew the product and was not at all pushy. Everything was done remotely, no hard sell on the doorstep. The back office crew (Kirsty and Rosie) were great and kept us informed. The installation team arrived bang on time and worked flat out all day to get the installation completed. No mess and a great job with fine attention to detail. I had 18 panels, 2 6.5Kwh batteries and a Growatt inverter. From first conversation to installation took 4 weeks. System works fantastically and we have, thanks to the great weather, generated just under 1500Kwh so far. Have recommended to a number of my friends and colleagues.

Great service from Cozy Energy on my recent first move into renewable energy. From the design with George, coming up with the best solution, in a un pushy way, no pressure selling. To the install handled by the office team Kirsty, Lee and Rosie. The install team is themselves were very tidy and did a first rate job. Working great from day one and looking forward to many years of production. Top job done in a very timely manner

The fitting team were helpful and were very efficient doing the whole job in less than 2 days. The staff at HO were also very helpful. The panels work very well and our hot water heats up very quickly now.

Cozy Energy has done a fantastic job, 6kwh system growwatt inverter and 2 growwatt 6.4kwh batteries, now up and running. The only issue I have dispite the big drop in Kwh used from the grid Eon Next is not reducing the direct debit, we are about to be £350 in credit with £0.00 to pay for bill. Utility company still trying to be greedy. Thanks to all the installation team and office staff at Cozy Energy for a fantastic job.

Initial contact with a rep at NextGen, who has been patient and prompt, answering all my queries while guiding me through the process. Opted for 8 panels Hyundai (4+2+2), 3.5kW battery Amass GTX500 and Sofar Hybrid inverter. Included bird-netting to stop nesting below the panels, creating a noise and health hazard.
The install by Cozy Energy everyone was on time, courteous, and did a great job with minimal disruption. On the day, the battery I received was an upgrade and the panels black as I'd preferred. The roofing contractor and the engineer had to contend with snow and freezing temperatures but carried on regardless. The sales office have always taken my calls and dealt promptly with my request to process the paperwork so I can now apply for SEG payments. It's been eight weeks since install and everything seems to be working just fine: the battery has been a great option that allows me to store energy for use later in the day.

I can definitely recommend this company, they are doers not talkers and I can't believe how fast it took from the first conversation to the actual install.
