Cozy Energy Ltd Reviews 

I chose the company because they answered my enquiry within 24 hours - all the other companies took at least a week. The price was competitive and the system was fitted within a month. When there was a supply issue with the components the company was communicative and upgraded my specification at no additional cost to me. I have already recommended the company to a couple of colleagues.

We decided to go ahead with Cosy Energy due to the competitive price. We are pleased with the system now installed the organisation and communication was not good. Instillation date had to be changed as they didn't get things organised in time. Good company but they need to improve organisation and communication to gain a higher star review.

Was provided a quick efficient service and at great value. Supply issues outside of their control but resolved situation and installed as soon as they were able to.

We asked Cozy Energy to quote for a Solar installation having seen them on the internet ( Facebook?), their quote was very competitive and unlike some companies it could do the installation quite quickly. Having read the online reviews we decided to go ahead. The installation was within a month and completed within the day - disappointingly the engineer couldn’t answer questions clearly as English was his second language. After he left we found that the promised App. didn’t work, on contacting Cozy Energy we found that it was our fault as we had 4G WiFi. As the app. was the agreed way to monitor the system this is a real issue . I was never asked about the nature of our WiFi. I think that the system is working, but have no way of confirming this and Cozy Energy have “washed their hands “ of the matter. An independent EICR test reported 2 minor issues with the installation. I was offered a £50 M&S token by Cozy Energy in return for each 5* review but in the circs feel that a 5* review is not due . Is a 5* review in return for a £50 token valid?

Installation 4*, communication 2*, Service - thus far not impressed!

In this complex area of home improvement to save the planet it is always good to have honest and sincere advice. From the get go, George was swift in compiling my quotation, answering questions, and making modifications. Kirsty and Lee at HQ similarly accommodating and helpful when supply chain issues delayed the installation slightly. Artur the lead installer was courteous and knowledgeable. When finished I have to say the experience of working with Cozy Energy has been smashing.

The true test of a good business is how they deal with issues. In times such as these when supply chains are not what they used to be, Lee and Kirsty kept me fully informed, offered alternative solutions, and worked hard to ensure I’m a happy customer. Well done!

I had 21 solar panels and 2 inverters fitted by Cozy energy. The price I paid was very reasonable but the speed of installation was very good.
The aftercare has been excellent also and I would most definitely recommend using this trustworthy company.

Can’t even give one star The proprietor is a shambles and totally unprofessional never answering phone calls when needed advice for the terrible service and all my broken tiles on my roof and no one will replace I’m a pensioner and feel completely taken advantage of reviews on trust mark must be fake! Stay away from cozy energy Ltd as all cowboys!!

We have just had Solar Panels fitted by Cozy Energy. Very efficient and expert service. Extremely pleased.

The service from Cozy has been exemplary. Sean did our design and sales and was very helpful. Always answered the phone! The design and specs offered seem to have been fine. The scaffolders were quick and skilful. The installation by Lewis was quick and looks very sound. The electrician was very flexible and helpful on positioning the hardware and the cabling was neat. All seems to work OK although the Solarman app is very slow to respond. If I extend the system (likely) I'll definitely use Cozy.

Avoithis company at all costs. Customer service after fitting abysmal. They are very good pre fitting and payment but any issues afterwards and they are just not interested. I now have a damaged roof which they refuse discuss.

We had our panels installed but then a number of them had to be moved because the design got amended incorrectly. To be fair Cozy did this at their cost. Unfortunately we only got one of the quoted batteries and are still awaiting the second and I haven't received the MGS certificate to allow me to claim the SEG or the over payment. Overall not bad but customer service could be better following install.

Just had solar and batteries installed. Got several quotes in the outset and Cozy was by far the most detailed. It was also very fair. Lee did a great job on the design and the installers were very accommodating and efficient for the install. The whole process was very smooth. The team was quick to reply to emails and phone-calls, even after the install. Very happy customer indeed.

Had solar panels and a battery installed this week. The installers were such good guys I am very pleased with how everything has gone. Cozy energy have been very accommodating as we needed to keep moving our install date as we have just had a loft extension which didn’t quite go as planned. The team at cozy energy worked with our builders and made sure everything ran smoothly which it did. Nothing has been too much for them. The team in the office have been super helpful and the communication between them was great. All in all a fantastic service and product. The price was very competitive also. Very happy customer indeed.

Was very dubious at the beginning but was instantly put at ease from the initial meeting. We shopped around for a few quotes and Cozy came out the cheapest. The process from start to finish was very good. Customer service has been great and the engineers who came to our house were lovely and did a great job. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

heat pump was excellent, nothing was to much trouble for him and i have just received my first renewable heat
incentive payment from offgem.

I am really happy and pleased with the decision i made going with cozy energy. 5 stars is what they truly deserve on installing my solar panels. Their installer Adam was even kind enough to fix my broken light in our garage. Highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely over the moon with the installation of air source heat pump last week , great service from all the guys at cozy energy going above and beyond for me as a customer. Was kept updated from the time the deposit was made, right up until the installation and the guys at cozy was very quick responding to any queries I had before the installation and even after. Great work guys definitely recommend if your going down the renewable route 👍
