Really can’t praise these guys enough, they did a fantastic job of installing 12 solar panels and a battery on my new house.

Sales chap was very informative and knowledgable and I never felt any pressure or rushed during the process and once the system was installed he even spent an extra hour on the phone with me to talk me through setting up the app on my phone (I am a bit of a technophobe)

5 stars for the whole team at cozy energy!

I struggle to give them even a one star. Service diabolical, we had months of problems trying to get our money back when they failed to sort contract (repeatedly used an incorrect email, address and telephone number - error at their end). We had installation contractors turn up (drove almost 200 miles) but had to be turned away as they hadn’t got Government forms.

Very rarely answer phones - complaints department a joke and never respond - complaints Manager also happens to be General Manager!!

Even though we told them bank details for refund still ignored and tried to post 4 months after initial contract to wrong account after we threatened Court Action.

Stay away from this bunch as they haven’t got a clue

Cozy Energy was most supportive and professional from the start. The team were to install an air source heat pump and following a discussion with me, they did thorough research to determine the best product for my needs. They arrived promptly on the day and were most efficient, professional and cheerful - a joy to work with. Any minor hiccups were smoothly resolved. I would thoroughly recommend this Company.

Not a good experience, the communication was poor, we had to do a lot chasing, phones calls not returned. Arranged appointment, no one turned up on the day. Once the final installation happened our brand new carpets were left dirty, promised to return and clean them and conveniently forgot.

We were visited by Paul, a charming and competent salesman. We wanted to investigate adding 2 more batteries to the single Pythontech US 2000 battery to take advantage of the Octopus Agile Energy scheme.

His proposals were initially attractive, but when we asked for a written quotation or a price list this was not forthcoming. We said we wanted to think and would let him know the following day.

A Google Search showed that 2 of the same batteries, plus cabling, can be bought from various suppliers for less than £1000 each, including VAT. Cozy Energie asked for £3000 each, including fitting and VAT. It is possible that they were not offering exactly the same battery, but without a list price it was not possible to make a fair comparison.

We also asked for details about the working of the batteries and the Octopus scheme: Paul wanted to talk about the possible savings, not the detail.

We did not go further.

Really great service from Cosy Energy, Lee was very helpful, I wasn't sure if I was able to make use of the green homes grant due to already having a solar thermal system fitted by my house builder, but it was no longer working, but cosy energy were very helpful in making sure I was Eligible, I also had solar PV fitted. I had a I had a few teething issues with the solar thermal, party due to the original panels being faulty, not down to the fault of cosy energy, they swiftly replaced the old panels with new ones, I was very impressed with the level of service I received when troubleshooting and sorting out the problems. Thank you very much I definitely recommend Cosy energy.

It took a long time to get there but Cozy Homes have been very professional and helpful. The work carried out was excellent.

I was very pleased overall with the installation of solar thermal carried out by a quick, efficient, organised, helpful and informative team, with good communication. There was one little hiccup that was sorted out on the day. Nothing was too much trouble.

We found company is to be highly commended .they were very good when they were spraying . they even hovered when they had finished.

Great service from Cozyenergy. We've just had Hot Water Solar installed through the Green Homes grant, it's the best thing we ever did. We were a bit aprehensive about the whole thing, solar panels on a slater roof, new hot water tank, but we were so impressed. Lee kept us informed all the way through, nothing was too much trouble, we had the same experience with the guys who installed it, effiecient, quick, accommodating, couldn't ask for a better experience. We would highly reccommend them.

This is for the installation of a solar-powered domestic water system. There were no problems with the installation and the efficiency of the fitters, who were polite and kept us informed throughout the process, despite this being done through the covid-19 crisis. Bearing in mind that this installation was made during the dark winter months, I am not yet in a position to comment on its efficiency but expect that this will become evident as we approach the warmer period of the year.

Recommend them highly very professional company to deal with from start to finish. We changed our minds twice on layouts but this was no issue for them and adapted the design and installed our system to a high standard very happy with what they promised they delivered

I cant recommend cozy energy enough, they recently installed solar hot water and an air source heat pump at my property and from my initial enquiry to the hand over they were very professional and communication as well as installation team were brilliant

Overall we were very satisfied with the work carried out.The operatives were quick, clean and efficient.

Our solar panels were erected in just a few hours by a team of very hard workers, no mess and all packaging taken away with them. They explained it all to us (must admit we are still a bit baffled) but I'm sure all will become clear in time.
Very happy with the selling process and didn't feel at all pressurised and all subsequent communication has been ideal. We highly recommend Cozy Energy and we're now looking forward to getting use to receiving low electricity bills.

Mr Lee he is an amazing and very helpful person,every single time he picked up the phone and reply at my emails.

Have just had our new solar system installed by Cozy Energy
. Lee came out to do the survey and talk through Solar Panels. Everything was explained and all our questions were answered. Looked at all the options and we had a system designed around our needs and what would give us the most benefits, talked us through the various companies to supply the energy. Best type of batery. Placement of the equipment. What all the stages were Very cooperative quote . 5 days later the Electrician and panel installers arrived to install our newpanels, no drama They arrived when they said they would . all installed , no mess all packaging taken away. A really good crew Phil and Dave.

After the system was installed downloaded the app, demonstrated how it worked. Registered with Social Energy follow up calls from Lee from Cozy to make sure all was well

Really impressed by Cozy Energy had had a visit from another company but they were not a patch on Cozy . energy .

I’ve had cozy energy round to fit a boiler, very professional and helpful.
Answered all my questions and in my opinion provided the best all round service before and after fitting, the 10 year all singing all dancing warranty is perfect. 10/10.
There are cheeper companies out there but you do get what you pay for.
