Terrible breakfast confusing pricing structure
After browsing various deals ( which are quite confusing ) i thought i got a deal with breakfast included. Regrettably not. Its really 'cheap' / nærig / in my opinion to NOT have breakfast included in the price. it costs nothing for you. AND WOULD generate more business. just include breakfast. BUT dont charge 180 dkk. 20 dollars / £16 pounds. for breakfast. its a grab at low hanging business fruit. and comes across AS ' needy / cheap ' your staff are great.! my room was clean. nice bed. BUT, if you want continued business ( and this comes from a forum of 50 members who travel in denmark ) just have free breakfast. people woudl spend more money! they would be 'grateful' and spend more money in the bar and restaurant. this business methodology makes ZERO sense. if the breakfgast was free or, at worse half price it is now, i would spend more moeny in the bar and restaurant . No problem. and others im sure would do the same.

Cafe Towers located at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers is a horrible place. Disrespectful people who ignore you and do not care for you. Treating delivery people very bad. Bad food and expensive prices

As a Spire Elite member of IHG Hotel Group this is valuable review (since I do not make reviews of hotels on TrustPilot, hmmm maybe I should?)! Outstanding service and ensuring people are having a good time. Mats Öhman you know what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! You are the person that understands how to make a stay from good to great! More specifically you fixed all the missing parts of a crucial meeting and ensured that the service was in top – despite that the start was full of errors - after COVID there are some things that need to be inspected, but this you did fare more than expected!
