We have just purchased a property through CPH Estate Agents, and we are very happy with how the whole process went.
Dionne helped make the process very pleasant for us, and was very responsive with any email queries also.
Credit to Dionne and Phil for their professionalism and very good customer service throughout.

I would highly recommend CPH plumbing, they came out more than once because they couldn’t initially find the leak and they only charged me once. It’s hard to find tradesmen you can trust these days.

I have used CPH for over 25 years and have just sold my fifth property with them. Their service is always exceptional, with competitive fees and good communication. Whether you are buying or selling I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

CPH seem to be the biggest estate agent in Scarborough and having used them previously we took the gamble of using them again.
They advised us to register for their portal which was only updated once which was greatly disappointing which meant we had to keep phoning and emailing, we found that emails were never responded to so phone calls and drop-in’s to their office were the best options.
Updates were very few and far between and throughout didn’t feel like valued customers.
On completion day they didn’t want to be involved and referred us to the solicitor, they wouldn’t even contact the sellers solicitor which made us question what the £3k costs were actually for given they only had one successful viewing.

Overall review is that just because they’re popular doesn’t mean they’re good at their customer experience. Plenty more customer focused agents out there!

Oh how do I start with this lot. Absolute shambles. My mum just moved into her final home (in her 80s) and this lot who despite handing over a full set of keys to the property (as obviously requested) and saying any issues just get in touch DID NOT supply a front door key and an inside front door (the second door) key either. We queried it, told - sale completed, your problem. These so called properties experts also don’t know the difference between Electricity meters and Water meters so it begs the question how much they know about what they are involved in and specifically the properties. I wasn’t going to mention the fact the times Mum went into their office and they couldn’t locate her details and the amount of chasing Mum had to do as they couldn’t be bothered to keep her informed with any progress but hey the company has let our Mum down big time so why not I’ve said it. Brings a whole new level to ‘poor customer service’. Dreadful service. and To ALL the team, you’ll be old yourself one day. Stupid, lazy, incompetent and money grabbing.

You’ll never get our custom again - these firms can keep getting the form fillers to write the reviews they want to hear, but the reality is in fact very different.

I've been very impressed with the CPH agents whilst selling our house. They are always very professional, act with integrity, and the communication from the team is superb (Phil, Dionne, Tori, Keiran).
You know its a well established professional company when there is no need for sales patter or false claims about 'being the best'.

Have used CPH to manage rental properties for many years. Service has been outstanding.

Karolyn has always been on top of the accounting and reporting and in recent years has introduced a great system for providing information to landlords - a massive improvement over the previous systems.

On the rental side Emma and Jonny handle all the day to day issues to keep compliance with the ever changing rules and regulations and ensure the properties are kept in good order with a minimum of fuss.

Finally the occupancy rate has been exceptional even finding a new tenant for the shop which is a key part of the portfolio during the COVID crisis.

A great team that you can rely on!!

Cannot recommend CPH enough. I have recently sold a property through them having had the property on the market with another agent who failed to find a buyer . I found the whole process with CPH a lot easier than with the last agent , I found the communication from start to finish fantastic and cannot recommend Alex and the team enough.

Karolyn provides extremely professional and proactive services with accounting and customer service! A true GEM! Hopefully, the honest, positive and proactive approach of Director Phil Fletcher will be learned and assimilated by staff.

Kim particularly but CPH as a whole as she works for them and represents their brand. A truly awful experience. Poor communications, phone calls not returned, information misquoted and conversations completely denied. How unprofessional! My whole experience was extremely disappointing
