Good products; swift response to an email about a damaged package and replacement offered. Will use again when I need more cardmaking stuff. Would like to see some new designs for Christmas die cuts that are about the real meaning of Christmas and other traditional images as I don't do 'cute'.

I sent a message to tell you that the package was very badly damaged and I sent a photo as well .got no reply. Items were able to be used with care. You need to put a stronger package on the items. Royal mail delivered and apologised for the state of the package.

Very limited stock indeed, I was bitterly disappointed with the whole web site and the fact that I can no longer purchase single items but have to purchase in set amounts. This does not suit me as I am a home crafter and not a business or club. I wanted different sized aperture cards for my cross stitch but had to purchase a pack of 12. Also decoupage sheets now come in a pack of 6 of 2 different designs, and not a great selection either. On the whole not a lot of selection across the board.
As a crafter and customer the old site, amazing selection and purchase format suited me to a tee, this new site doesn’t.
I guess this is a fledgling company trying to establish themselves by using an old, defunct, well established company name but they have a very long way to go to live up to the ‘Craft Creations’ site and reputation.
