Great service with quality goods.

They no longer sell any of the items I used to purchase. The card is expensive and it is far cheaper on other websites. Really disappointed with stock available

Great products well worth the money, had MDF from other companies not as good, free gift was amazing, can't praise them enough fast delivery, well packaged ticks all the boxes really, keep up the good work nice to see such good customer service.

prompt delivery, but the envelopes are slightly short and will mean skimmimg a little off the card, when folded to A5

Edited: Appreciate the response :). Mine comes from ignorance of any knowledge of manufacturing thus assuming CC had a warehouse of machinery & stock you were just buying up. I'm only slowly recognising that by the time you were buying in, probably everything was nearly already sold off so you were just getting portions & perhaps CC weren't providing their own branded stuff for you to use. Regardless, I still feel you should have changed the name - expectations would have been more easily met perhaps. Many thanks for your efforts :)

Dangerous question to ask sometimes :( I was with the original Craft Creations from 1987 or so, and while not a major buyer was a very regular one. Like everyone else, I was gutted to hear of their closure but initially happy that KS had agreed to take it over. Sadly I now feel they should have changed the name as they are unable (understandably) to provide much of the extensive stock CC did and the few things that remain are being sold mostly in bulk, while totally new concepts are instead offered. So many of the niche items that only CC sold are now gone seemingly (Mirri PAPER amongst them!). There's so few products available that I would associate with CC (other than maybe card blanks) it's like a totally different shop. But in saying all that I DO appreciate the enormity of taking over CC in full but my points still stand.

Unless something major changes, I think I've made my last purchase sadly. KS is a great name in itself & I've no issue with their own products, but would urge them to change the name as it's going to give the wrong impression to countless buyers who will be expecting what we had with the original company :(.
