Customer service is excellent at Crafter's Companion. The reps are so sweet and kind in their replies. I appreciate that when I contact them about something, they will help me, and the solution is always in favor of the customer. That's truely great service!! Rather than write negative comments on FB or YouTube about a problem you've had, I highly recommend contacting Customer service. They will know what to do and you will be satisfied with the outcome!!

Ordered and received but was missing one small item. I could've ignored it as trivial but decided to reach out and see what would happen. Within 24 hrs Kaitlyn got back to me and verified my order and sent this one missing pen out to me ASAP. Customer Service, especially for the little things, sure adds up to the big deal!!!

I’ve been shopping with crafters companion for a little over three years. Their quality of products is outstanding. The value for money is exceptional. The live tutorial tutorials they give for the use of their products is fabulous. I will continue to shop with them however, there are times when it takes customer service quite some time to get back to you. Unfortunately, my phone plan doesn’t allow me to call when you do call. They answer the phone right away they take care of any issue. It’s the fact of answering emails, which is sometimes slow but for the most part I’m very happy with crafters companion and will continue to be a customer.

Kaitlyn, Emily, and Julia have been Excellent in their roll of customer service. Questions were promptly answered and if there was an issue it was corrected promptly. Never had a problem in 20 years of ordering.

I had an issue when Crafter's Companion newsletter stopped arriving in my inbox. Customer Service was contacted via email, I got a quick response from Emma Carmeady. Emma has been brilliant in returning emails and offering numerous solutions to enable me to start to receive them again. Emma has been there at every stage until the situation was sorted and I am now happy to be receiving the newsletter again. I would like to thank Emma for her consistency and professionalism for seeing this through with me.

It took awhile for the customer service departent to get back to me but once they did they explained everything to me and also sent me the user manual. I was happy with the answers to all my questions as I had never owned a Gemini machine and I purchased mine used.
Told me to let them know if there was anything else I needed and put me on a waitlist to advise me when the products I need arrive to their warehouse.

The CC team managing the email box is always responsive within 12-24 hours (I have a time difference from the US). Every question I have asked, or minor problem I have experienced, has consistently been promptly addressed. I appreciate their diligence!

The folks at Crafter’s Companion have always been very responsive to my needs. I sent an email with a question about an order and Kaitlyn responded within 24 hours. She not only answered my question, she gave me a detailed explanation. Way to go CC!

I've never had a problem with Crafter's Companion customer representative. I've been a customer almost as long as they've been in existing in the USA. Last night around 11:00 p.m. mountain Time I sent an email by the time I awake my email had a response to it. I then responded to that and within hours they responded to it. Each and every time I've either called or email the US centers I've had nothing but positive outcome. Crafter's Companion please continuing to hire good CR people.

Placed my online order and realised I'd asked for two items rather than just the one I wanted! I emailed immediately and got a response first thing the following morning with an amended order and refund already organised - fantastic and extremely efficient service. Items are pretty good too :)

Order to delivery team has improved massively which is great. Good range of products online with some good deals. My last of three orders was delivered incorrectly but one email to customer services sorted the problem without delay.

I ordered a Gemini 11 machine from them and it came earlier than expected.
The website would not verify my product number so I contacted them by email and they were really good at replying.

I often buy from Crafters Companion asi like their products,but this time I made a mistake on the order. I contacted customer service by email and quickly received a return email from a member of their team, julia who assisted me in a refund and a correct order. This order arrived sooner than the estimated timescale. All in all a good service with an excellent support team.

Love crafters companion products. Always get the items I ordered in well packaged boxes. Shipping is fast and usually arrive in 2-3 days. Had to send an email for missing items and they answered me the next day. Items received in separate package. Have never been disappointed with them.

This is one of my favorite craft companies. The products are top quality. Customer Service on the norm is very helpful and responsive. When tariffs hit the world at large, this company worked to keep pricing as low as possible, even spending $$ to acquire warehouses in the US. People don't always take into account what has to happen behind the scenes which caused a few hiccups out of "their" control. These craft companies aren't 100s of employees, they are small to moderate. I truly appreciate everything they have done to ensure we can still purchase these great products at reasonable prices. Other companies just stopped selling to the US all together because of tariffs.
