Crafty devils glue
I gave 4 stars because when my crafty devils glue arrived one of the bottles had leaked so the glue was everywhere but the glue is the best I've bought.

The items are of a good quality however it took 20 days for me to receive the order. On my account it states that the items were packed on the 02/02/23 so it was very confusing. I had to contact them to find out what was happening to be told that they were behind with their cutting and they would be dispatched soon which is strange as they were supposedly packed over a week before.

I have had loads of orders with no problem until my last one. Money taken out of bank but no order received. Emailed them and said was out of stock and they’d give me a refund. Then email saying it was dispatched. No items arrived and no refund either. Not answering my emails. Will have to place a dispute with PayPal, I’ll never order from them again ! Beware !!!
I have since claimed a full refund through PayPal, I’m glad I used them for payment .

Ordered on 26th December 2022 but order never arrived. After several emails they said they would send a replacement which I still haven't received. On 7th February 2023 they said they would action a refund but I still don't have that!! Have always been satisfied in the past but customer service at the moment is awful, not even answering emails.

No item or refund

14 days since my order was confirmed and paid for. No further update on its progress or dispatch details, really poor as they are not responding to emails and the phone is reporting that the answer machine is full.
This was my go-to craft supplier but this will be my last order from them, and if it doesn't appear I shall reclaim my money through PayPal.
They are still advertising some great offers , but my advice is DON'T be tempted!

Ordered three items from Lavinia brand all of which were in stock, allegedly, when order placed. Order confirmed but email and subsequent email received to say parcel despatched. On receipt only one item arrived. At no time was I advised that they could not complete order. This would have been helpful as I could have ordered two replacement items; this would have benefitted Crafty Devils . Complained via email expressing my disappointment, no reply, complained via the contact us box on their web site, silly reply received saying parcel despatched. Resent original complaint still no reply. Terrible customer service which will definitely influence my decision to use this company again. The service from Lavinia is absolutely excellent. Annoyingly the money was taken from my credit card instantly even though they must have known at that point that they could not fulfil the order.

Always good quality. Reasonable prices. Easy to do online shopping on their site. Quick delivery. Good customer service if you do have problem or query. Like browsing their web site.

Me too - ordered items 22.12.2022 - and despite numerous emails, and attempted calls (mail box full message). I am still awaiting a reply to the numerous emails/or the items - so very disappointed, as I was very much looking forward to the items arriving - a refund would be very much appreciated so that I can purchase elsewhere…

Brought some items just after Christmas, I waited about 3 weeks for them to arrive, tried to phone (answer machine is full) sent emails (not answering back). Had to go through PayPal and set up a dispute with them. After a month later they sent half of my items. They owe me over £40 worth of goods. I've had to escalate the claim as its not complete. Its so frustrating. I class this as steeling. They can't be bothered to reply to my email or through PayPal
Buyers bewere.
Think before you buy. I definitely won't be buying from this store ever again

i made an order on the 17 th today is the 24 th on the website they say.... Our standard delivery is with Royal Mail on a 2 - 5 day service when i checked the status of my order it was not packed til 23 rd my order is taking 7/8 days to get to me seriously

I have placed 2 orders with this company & had to chase both of these orders. My first order was a telephone order & the guy took down my details wrong. The second order was online; it was the holidays so I gave them time to ship my order. 2 weeks later I e-mailed to ask where it was & they hadn't even shipped my order, in fact with their apologetic reply I think they forgot about it. Both orders took about a month to arrive which is very poor; there was a strike with Royal Mail for the second order but not the first, so this is no excuse. Parcels arrive from China more quickly. While my parcels have now arrived & I love their storage units, their service is terrible. I won't be ordering again.

Crafty Devils no longer notify customers when an an order cannot be totally fulfilled (some items are out of stock) They are now ignoring emails, their phone message box has been full for days and no one answers the phone, the contact box on the website is now unusable too, so sending an email that way is not an option any more either.

After receiving the wrong product I was quickly sent the correct item without any fuss.
Highly recommend.

Cannot fault this company.I have used several times & have always had first class service.
