Wrong address and item !
Unfortunately they got the address wrong but luckily the parcel arrived. Once open they had sent an incorrect item. When I phoned to complain the answermachine was full so I sent an email which has not been replied too. All round a very poor experience !

Shocking Customer Service
Shocking customer service. Order placed and money taken including p&p. Royal mail contacted me to say that they had my parcel but due to insufficient postage I had to pay a further £3.50. This item was light but Crafty Devils tried to post as large letter costing £1.60. I had paid £3.99 +£3.50. I contacted them repeatedly. Very slow to respond. Made false promises. A very dishonest way to treat people. A sincere apology and immediate refund should have been a priority. I was told 9 says ago that I have been refunded but it would take 3-5 days to show on my account. NOTHING PAID BACK. If they are like this about £3.50 what would they be like about larger amounts? We all make mistakes but decent companies swiftly correct them. I have proof of payment to Royal Mail and sent them a copy along with photo of parcel with large sticker to say insufficient postage. I can give no order number as I never received one! The no below is on the parcel.

Disappointed customer
Placed my order as I had heard of Crafty Devils and after a few days checked the tracking seeing 'order packed' and looked forward to receiving my order. Days went by, no change on tracking and no sign of parcel, tried phoning no answer, emailed and was told that on day 6 of placing the order it had been sent that day! Tried phoning at least 5 times no answer, emailed got apologies they are short of staff! Finally received it 14 days after placing order, not impressed Good products, good price, awful service
