Very easy ordering and quick delivery. Have lots of Kiwi pro trousers and was concerned about the shift to version 3 in case the sizing was affected. I needn’t have worried.

Poor service
I purchased a pair of Craghoppers pants in early May 2026:
NosiLife Pro Convertible III Zip-Off Pants
After wearing them once and washing them once according to the instructions, a fuzzy patch has appeared only on the right rear side. Their customer service is so “good” that they won’t do anything about it. Great—and another customer lost.

Poor customer service
Sent wrong size of t-shirt despite included invoice stating correct size,live customer service chat couldn't say why I was being directed to postal payment page for return when my member status includes free postage( also not my error so why would I pay?) .Then email enquiry still un answered after a week!

Great products and first rate service
With the photos on the web site which give a clear view of the products together with detailed descriptions the customer knows what they are getting. Quality is usually first class, but I have had trouble with failing pocket zips on trousers. This time I ordered shirts and they are great, the fit and colours are spot on. Using a company which gives a two hour delivery slot is great and the customer is kept abreast of the order being progressed to delivery.
