Once again crave closet has let me down. I thought I would give them a second chance from problems 2 years ago. No order now no website to even get in contact. I think the owner needs to realise we work hard for our money and taking it and no refunds is disgusting.

If it were at all possible to give this company a negative star, they would be getting it. I placed an order on the 17th January 21 and never received a dispatch reference in the Shop app. When I contacted Crave on the 02nd February to enquire when the parcel would be shipped, I was told it had been sent but must be lost! I asked for a refund and was told I would have it in 5 working days, I am now on day 9 and have sent an email enquiring about my refund for which I have received complete radio silence! Unfortunately this is not my first rodeo with Crave. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of them if you want to keep your sanity intact.

Worst company to deal with order placed beginning of December order still not received they said they would then re send the item - guess what still not received, after the third complaint they said they would refund - guess what no refund!!! Avoid at all cost

Terrible customer service!! Do not order from Crave Closet as they’ll just take your money & you won’t receive your order. I placed an order in November 2020 & got an email stating it was shipped 04 December 2020 however it never arrived. Despite two emails to the company seeking a tracking number for the order they claim to have shipped they have completely ignored me. Avoid at all costs!!! Wish I had of checked out reviews on here before ordering from them.

Ordered a top on the 26th of November 2020 nearly 2 months ago and still have not received it. I received emails from the company back in December saying it was shipped and to check my junk folder for a confirmation but didn’t get any follow up email. Have emailed them 3 times since the start of January requesting an update or a refund and have not received a response.
Terrible customer service. Like other reviewers, I wish I read reviews before I bought the top. Trying to support local Irish businesses and they don’t even respond to an email is extremely disappointing.

I wanted to support irish businesses in 2020 so i placed an order in November with this company but unfortunately i never received the order. There is no contact number for this comapny and their cutomer service and delivery times are very unsatisfactory.Please read all the reviews before you place an oder.

Ordered boots on the 17th of October which never arrived and trying to get answers from customer service is absolutely disgraceful. I eventually demanded a refund when someone finally replied but still haven't recieved this. I will definitely never order from them again, they need to learn to treat their paying customers with more respect.

This page is an utter disgrace. I have been waiting on a refund from them since October. After weeks of waiting for a pair of shoes I messaged the page looking for information as they never sent me an update with order number or tracking details. They later replied saying it was out of stock they even mixed my order up with another order saying I was getting a coat delivered. They apologized for the inconvenience and said they would send me a discount code for my next order, I never got it. I am still waiting on a reply or update from both the page and email. Such poor customer service and I will never be ordering again, comments on the page are off so this indicates others are having similar problems. I have still not received a refund from them either, order was placed in September.
Update since posting this review I have received a refund.

Poor customer service. Didn't receive all items ordered! All emails sent to them were ignored. Didn't receive a refund for missing items or returned items. Disappointing from an Irish business.

I can’t fault the experience I had with crave closet!! Fell in love with a top but of course left it to the last minute to order it I ordered it on Tuesday afternoon and got it by post on Thursday which was right in time to wear it for Friday night! The top was perfect exactly what I wanted and gorge material! Also got so many compliments on it will deffo be purchasing off Crave Closet again!!💕

Dreadful service. Received items weeks after ordering. There was a hole in the knitted jumper. Returned it along with two dresses, one for exchange in different size and other for refund. Weeks later again and after all emails from me were ignored, received the two exchanged items today. Jumper with a stain on it and dress returned in the SAME SIZE as previously. Dreadful. Likewise I only used this site as I saw it featured on Ireland am so thought it would be trustworthy. Avoid!!

The experience with this company is never smooth. I've placed an order with them which was delivered weeks later and no reply to any of my emails. I decided to give them another go a few months ago and the order was delivered with an item missing. I emailed and actually got a reply this time saying this item was out of stock and they would refund me and give me 50% off my next order. Months later, still no refund or a way to use said discount. I think the fact they don't have a phone number associated with them is with reason as they wouldn't be able to keep up with the amount of angry calls. Pity because the clothes are lovely.

It should allow you to rate zero as this is more than what this company deserves. I have ordered from this company 3 times now & each time the items have never even be shipped. Emails go unanswered for weeks on end with lame excuses about their delivery partner. They charge hefty delivery fees for
Goods that never show up - I wish I read these reviews before ever placing an order. When I did eventually get refunded last time for my order that never even left the warehouse I was refunded less than what I paid - unsurprisingly emails on this went unanswered. Shocked to see companies like Asos marketplace & Others stocking their products as they are the most unprofessional & unethical online company I’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. They genuinely should not be in business - it’s truly that shocking.

I like the other customer’s review could NOT recommend Crave Closet. I also was taken in by this company as one would assume if they are Allowed a platform such as Ireland AM to promote their goods then surely Ireland AM would make sure be a reputable company but that is obviously not the case! After watching this company on Ireland AM I purchased a dress; I got a confirmation email & later another email to say it was dispatched; that’s several weeks ago & they are not replying to my emails; I cannot find a telephone contact number to call them! VMG

It took ages for my order to arrive - put it partly down to COVID as this was during lockdown but mostly disappointed with the quality of the item. It fell apart in the washing machine and I am very gentle with my clothes.
It is not often I write a negative review but this did disappoint.

I ordered a gorgeous long sleeve swimsuit and got 20% off which I was delighted with. Great value and OMG I love the swimsuit on me! After 2 babies I never thought I could look so amazing again poolside! Thank you crave closet! X

If I could rate zero I would. I saw swimsuit on Ireland AM 6 weeks ago, as they were advertising company I thought it was legit. No sign of swimsuit they keep lying to me with waffle story and saying it will be with me in next 2 days. Was promised it would be here last week. Honestly I don't know how they are allowed to still be in business robbing people blind and Irish TV Virgin promotes them. Absolute scam I would love to know how to expose them, went on Twitter to warn people tagged Ireland AM. They can't be advertised on TV when they rob people
