Really disappointed with the service . I had ordered a dress on 1/06 I had still not received 16/06 I emailed the company and was told that they don’t know where they parcel was that I could receive a exchange or refund I replied stating I would like a full refund . Heard nothing more after multiple emailed and Dm on insta queried again on 8/07 a month later received a reply to say that half my order had been refunded and they had sent a replacement for the other dress . I tracked the parcel and this was sent in the 30th of June almost 2 weeks after I had requested a full refund.
I then had to pay to return the parcel and god knows how long I will be waiting for the refund not to mention I Had been charged initial shipping and to return the parcel which could have been avoided if they had refunded me when requested .
So unprofessional would not recommend really disappointed

VERY BAD Still waiting for my dress to arrive, I ordered it three weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived, I live in ireland and the company is Irish so it should not take this long for the dress to arrive. Emailed complaining wondering where my dress is and it was ignored.

Terrible service items missing. I've ordered twice both times left waiting for items, both times items missing. There clothes you get what you pay for. Never again would I go near these. I shop online all the time so unprofessional

Easy, quick delivery

Terrible experience- emails and Instagram messages ignored. Took two weeks to arrive, considering it’s an Irish company and only 15 mins from where I live I thought it was strange. Ordered two dresses both in size 8 and received one in a Medium and one in an EXTRA LARGE. Both cheap material and definitely not worth the price I paid.

The product is great quality the staff are very pleasant and happy to help with any issues no issue too small. Over all great experience.

It took them a month to tell me that the item I had ordered was not in stock after previously saying it was on its way. Never ordering from them again, I understand that deliveries are much slower with covid19 but in this case the item was never there to begin with.

They never reply to emails or Instagram messages regarding clothes not delivering on time, although they are active on Instagram. I have been waiting for an order for 4 weeks now.

Recieved my clothes 2 items missing, not happy with the tracksuit feels like cotton wool and no paperwork to send back.

Waited two months for a dress I never received. When I ordered I hadn’t received my parcel a week later so I emailed them to ask where it was and they said oh it’s out of stock it will be restocked in two weeks. I said ok fine I’ll wait and then three weeks later there was still no sign of my order so I emailed again and they said oh it’s still out of stock it will be in on this date so I said this is ridiculous but I’ll wait if it will defiantly be in on that date and then another week later there was no sign of the dress again so I emailed them to ask where it was and then next thing my order was cancelled and refund and they didn’t even send me an email explaining why it was cancelled or anything. Meanwhile the dress that was ‘out of stock’ stayed up on there website saying it was stocked!? First order and I will never order again so unprofessional and customer service wasn’t great to deal with either!!

I ordered two dresses in January which I never received they mixed up the order so agreed to refund my payment of €223.98 that they took out of my account on the 11th January 2020. Lots of chasing emails From me and excuses from them including email from the owner Laura saying she would get this refund processed!! To date still no refund. Next step small claims court. Very dishonest company to deal with stay away!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Been waiting 4 weeks on a refund, have emailed twice with no reply either time zero customer service skills. Since ordering I was told all the clothes are from wish so probably better off ordering from there you might actually get your refund!

Have been waiting for a refund for 4 weeks. Terrible communication, terrible customer service
