Terrible company with no communication.

Order eventually arrived (2 months late) in the wrong colour. Refund took ages also. They had said they would also receive postage costs and have not.

Terrible terrible company.

I ordered 2 dresses and eventually after waiting a long time only one arrived with no paperwork included incase I needed to return. Still waiting on item number 2. Have emailed them but they have never replied. My daughter also ordered a dress months ago and it has still not arrived. Terrible service for an Irish company.

Great quality clothes. Sizes fit well and great customer service. I will be ordering from here again.

Reading through the bad reviews I had a similar experience! Package no 1 never arrived! They don't reply by email so had to comment under their Instagram photos! I was then told package replacement would be there in sent by express to arrive that Friday! Surprise surprise no package! I am currently waiting on a refund which I doubt will happen either! These guys are real scammers I don't even think the positive comments on this are real! I don't know how they are getting away with literally taking people's money and not sending the parcels! It's scandals! Will never go near the web site again!!!

Bought items a month in advance and they never arrived. Sent multiple emails which they rarely responded to. When myself and another customer posted on an Instagram post to say they weren't responding they simply deleted the post. They just kept blaming the depot for not delivering the goods, which I understand can be difficult to have control over, however, their lack of communication made them very unreliable. Very unsatisfied and would never order from again.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
I ordered a top and a dress on the 6th October for my holiday on 27th October. On the 20th, I contacted Crave Closet through Instagram and by email. They responded on Instagram saying it was in a sorting area in the post office and would be with me in 2-3 days. On the 23rd, I contacted them again and was sent an email to say my package was lost in the post and they could send another one in 3-4 day express delivery, or opt for a refund. I opted for refund.
I was surprised when I returned from holidays to see that the package had been delivered on 5/11 (3-4 days EXPRESS???) , even though I asked for a refund.
After sending it back (it took a while to find the returns address), I am still waiting for my refund. My order was made on the 6th of October and here we are on the 26th November with the issue still unresolved.

I will never order from crave closet again- avoid at all costs!!!

As a man, I like to dress in drag and I’ve never come across a more suitable comfortable and affordable brand than Crave. Drag is expensive as anyone who does it knows but with Crave I am looking like an elegant queen anytime I step out in their stuff 😍❤️

Terrible service, placed my order almost 3 weeks ago I have emailed twice and contacted them on Instagram to be ignored both times. Wish i read the reviews before ordering, i've never experienced service like this from any other company!

As all the other negative comments do yourself a favour and streer clear from this site. Just under 4 weeks waiting for an order no reply when email directly had to direct message the Instagram page twice to finally get some contact. Dreadful customer service. False advertising on the website staying 5/7 working days. You’d genuinely be quicker order the same item from Ali express at a fraction of a price and zero hassle.

My advice would be to stay away from this site a complete joke ordered a top over two weeks ago still hasn’t arrived no contact number had to Dm on Instagram same reply as previous reviews looking for order number said it would be with me within 1 to 2 days still hadn’t arrived Dm again to be told item was lost in post that they would send another 1 offered money off next order complete joke asked for refund I will probably be left waiting on that to do not other from here
