Pros: Cheaper Oato milk than the other key competitors, easy to set up an account and set up an order, plenty of products to choose from

Cons: Delivery time is too late (they say 8am but we found it was sometimes after this) so for those who leave early for work, you are left with milk outside all day.

I've switched back to McQueens Dairy who deliver by 7am but from experience usually beforehand

Was previously using modern milkman who are hopeless. Creamline have got delivery spot on each time. No fuss just great products and great delivery. Keep it up 😁

Been using Creamline for several years and general service has been good. Occasionally items out of stock or items missed off order but customer service good if matters raised promptly. They changed bread supplier this year and preferred the old supplier (Roberts) so rarely order bread nowadays. Handy for other 'essentials' and garden/pet products as well. They recently changed from 3 to 5 deliveries a week (albeit local milkman later asked us to go back to just 3 deliveries a week!). Optional additional deliveries available from local butchers/fishmongers/greengrocers, albeit a little pricey to use every week!

Creamline are a fabulous company. Great customer service - the people on their phone line are one of the best customer service teams I have encountered. Great products - my normal order is milk and oat milk. Highly reliable delivery. Love the additional items to order as and when needed.

I am a new customer to Creamline and after a couple of hiccups with the driver finding my address, the depot manager went out of his way to rectify the problem. He delivered my missed order personally to make sure I received it and even threw in some complementary goods to make up for the error. Thank you! Excellent customer service. Turned a frown into a smile 😃.

I have been a customer of Creamline Dairies for a number of years and have always received excellent service. Their range of products is fantastic. During lockdown they were a godsend. Thank you!

Appalling company to deal with. Having cancelled all deliveries I thought that would be the end of Creamline but no, as approximately 6 weeks later I discover through my ring doorbell that the milkman had tried to break into my shed at 0330 in the morning. On contacting the company they initially denied that it was one of their employees however when I sent the video footage they couldn't take that stance. They said they would investigate and apparently his reason for trying to break into my shed was he wanted to see if I had gone to another delivery company (what a load of bull s**t). They advised that as a goodwill gesture I could have a £20 credit on my account if I came back to them. I decided against this and yet last week the milkman was again seen hiding in bushes near my property at 0130 in the morning. I rang Creamline and spoke to Steve (General Manager) who said he would investigate again and still waiting to hear back. If you want to trust a company that seems to have no moral boundaries and holds customers in contempt then use Creamline as they also provide you with your very own scary milkman. Avoid at all costs.....

Seen on the makers market and signed up when I got home. It’s great to have my milk delivered in glass bottles again like the good old days, I’ve also been having regular fruit/veg and meat ordered which is so fresh and tasty !. Great job creamline keep up the great work!.

Even through the toughest times that we have all experienced, My Milkman has been and never let me down.
I think its fantastic that you now offer a much bigger range, Your Best of local offering is perfect, I have most of my fruit and veg, meat and bread delivered. I love supporting Local business, I look forward to the Christmas products coming after all it is only 95 days away!

Really good oat milk delivered in glass bottles from the Oato brand.

I had a knock on the door from a Milkman offering deliveries every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and that there would be a fiver off the first delivery. I agreed to have him deliver milk to us and if we needed anything extra I'd phone up and add it to the list.

He showed up on the Monday at 9am after we had all left the house for work, school etc, Wednesday he didn't show up so I phoned up and cancelled the service.

I've just received a letter from them claiming I owe them £1.94 and if I didn't pay them they would be taking further action.

AVOID these cowboys at all costs, I understand why the milkman is a dying trade now, I'll stick to supermarkets.

Switched from another company to creamline to deliver milk and other groceries (south manchester area). Great service and their link with local suppliers for butcher/grocer produce is great. Pretty much all my groceries delivered now and recyclable packaging and plastic free. Only the occassional visit to the supermarket. Keep up the good work!

Set up a delivery so that my nan could get different kind of fresh produce delivered every other day, with everything going on she can't get out the house so having the essentials such as milk delivered to her door it really cheers her up. She loving having a milkman again, says it remind of her when she was younger.
The products we get are really great and fresh aswell, and the variety you can get it nice, not to mention you can go online and simply change what you want each week.
Wish I could of found out about creamline years ago, its made such a difference for my nan not having to worry she may run out of the essentials!

The quality of the produce is excellent. Let down by milkmen that can't be bothered to take away empty bottles or the unwanted crates they dump on your doorstep. (Even after being assured by their customer service staff that empties and crate would be collected with next delivery)

Customer Service got the milkman to come back and take the crate & empties away. I will continue to use Creamline and update this review based on future performance. We really do love their fruit and veg offerings and use their Best of Local service every week.
