Amazing company. It is reassuring to know they deliver milk AND vegetables, fruit, etc. Their website is not too bad. Very responsive company via email.

The product are nice and it's great getting a delivery. Milkshakes are regularly out of stock which is a shame.

Staff are rude and abusive towards there family including a certain man who works for this company (not saying names for legal reasons) he smashes his nieces phone into pieces because she wouldn’t go to a bbq due the coronavirus lockdown he has since stopped contact with her and me because he’s jealous he’s called me horrible names such as a cheeky cow and a thick f**kbare in mind I’m only a teenager so when you bother to read this creamline make sure your employees aren’t sick perverted psychopaths

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Creamline. I have been using their service for a few weeks now, just to make sure we have the essentials at home.

Outstanding company.
Good range, great service 99% of the time and if they do make an error, its corrected same day with good grace. Used them for 4 years now and happy to continue doing so.

I have been a customer for a number of years, and have always been impressed with the service given.

Chris from the Red bank depot is our driver, he has always been very pleasant, and nothing is too much trouble. I always leave him Easter and Christmas presents, (he’s that good)!

I did have an offline account where I paid by cheque or cash, but that for me was a pain in the backside, so I was changed to doing everything online, much easier for me.

Products are all very high quality, prices are very reasonable, and during this covid outbreak, they have changed order to 48 hrs and only 3 deliveries a week, but I’d rather that than nothing at all.

If you don’t have creamline delivering your milk why? I couldn’t go back to supermarket

I have been a customer for over 30 years. In all these years and even with changing milkmen, although there has only been a few, you have provided an excellent service. Always reliable, in fact I think it has only been once I've not received my planned delivery during all these years! That takes some beating.

As such I recommended my daughter to become a customer as she wanted a more convenient way of buying her dairy supplies(cannot always get out with a young family)but more importantly to reduce her plastic consumption.
She now orders online, stressfree and like me, is very impressed. I didn't realise, as an existing customer, I could order, adjust my order, buy additional grocery items online - no more leaving my scrappy notes!! Once everything calms down I shall convert to this way of ordering happy in the knowledge that it will be the same person delivering my order.Keep up the excellent service.

We've been using Creamline For over 10 years for glass bottle milk deliveries and found them to be a good reliable service. Excellent flexibility with being able to amend orders up to 9pm day before. Good organic milk. For first time we've tried their groceries delivery service as we're on COVID-19 household isolation and been v impressed. V fresh vegetables all in brown paper bags and delicious croissants baked locally in Stockport. A good morale booster. Well done Creamline!

The worst beverages ever

We've been customers of Dairy Crest (now Creamline Dairies) for over 15 years. I can't say that we've had any real problems with using this business as our milk supplier over the years.

During Corona-virus lockdown Creamline Dairies were brilliant in ensuring that we had set up a direct debit with them to make life easier and things safer for us.

We are happy with the continual hard work of our milkman: he leaves our milk bottles in the porch for us to collect and doesn't have to be reminded to collect the empties anymore...

I have been a creamline dairy customer for over 20 years and always had the same milkman,
he never lets us down, always delivers on time and keeps an eye on the neighbourhood and our house when we are away.

Why is it so difficult to get reliable daily milk deliveries at any price.

Fantastic service. I made the switch to a milkman about 12 months ago to reduce my plastic consumption and also to stop bying my milk from the supermarket.

I've never had a problem with delivery. They have a wide range of products not just milk. You can order upto 9pm the night before for next day delivery.

Glass milk bottles and Electric milkfloats too, low carbon footprint and quiet at 4am in the morning when he delivers.

Really handy service, with free delivery to the home. Website is easy to use and I like that I can support local butchers, fishmonger, baker, farmers etc without any hassle. Definitely would recommend trying their milk and Best of Local range.

Slick online ordering, with a 9pm cut off for tomorrow, and free delivery. Awesome. They still maintain the personal touch though. If there is a problem such as delay (like time the delivery vehicle punctured tyre) they ring you to warn you and ask if you arent going to be in how they can bedt sort the situation. Similarly its easy to ring them if you need to. You get a real person at the other end.

Im sure the re is much less mileage involved transporting the produce than supermarkets, and the use of glass bottles, card boxes and paper bags is much more environmentally friendly. I can't recall anything arriving in plastic.

Range and quality of produce is excellent. Even the basic milk is much tastier than the super market. And if you try best of local, start with the smoked bacon. It's what bacon was like years ago before it became mostly water and fat. It doesn't shrink and it tastes beautiful. The bakery products are a cut above too.

I have been having milk delivered for a number of years now, after looking through your website I can't believe how much you offer, I have changed my account from leaving a note in the empties for the milkman to leave, to being able to change my orders up until 9 o'clock the night before delivery!!!!!
Asda Cant offer me this service... and a bonus its free delivery.

I have changed from the poly bottled milk and now have my milk delivered in glass bottles which is great just like the good old days!

I have had my first Box of goodies delivered super fresh fruit and a few pastries too all well packed into a recyclable box. There was even an offer of 50% off my order, Roll on Christmas I will be ordering my Christmas dinner products from you goodbye to the queues in the shops.......

Just brought my milk in, noticed two different dates on the cartons, one the 13th and one the 18th? Similar thing happened last Thursday and by Sunday the shorter date one was "smelly " I think you need to check before you leave the dairy, looks like they are not watching the rotation and the old milk is not being refrigerated properly. Creamline have stopped me commenting on Facebook about their glass bottle date codes, have they got them sorted yet as I would still prefer glass bottles but only with readable date codes.
Short use by dates on milk cartons, I hope you manage to get some sense from Creamline, I have had my doubts about the way they try to con people about dates on the bottle products, they say they produce fresh every day but when this kind of thing happens to you it makes me wonder if they tell porky pies. The certainly don't like any form of criticism or constructive feedback. as I said they've banned me from Facebook. Unfortunately if I want door step delivery I'm stuck with Creamline in this area, I've had doorstep delivery since 1975 and never had any problems previous to using Creamline. Next time they give us short date milk I'll leave it on the step for you to take back see if that wakens them up

I've been using Creamline for some time and never had any major issues at all. All the staff are absolutely wonderful, they have a great range of goods compared to their competitor and prices are cheap as well. I'll continue to always use Creamline :)
