Had a hiccup with order, and probably system had an issue as I couldn’t send email and it said error but somehow one of team member replied, lady if I remember correctly Georgia was really really helpful and sorted a problem as quickly as possible possible. In emissions i left bad reviews but then deleted it and wanted say sorry and taking my word back. Amazing customer service and product very good quality. Thank you once again!

My order came a week late, messaged them and straight away they sent it the next day. There was a bit of delay but customer service was really good! Overall satisfied with their service. Good product too :) My partner really liked the key ring - it looks very sophisticated! Definitely recommend this this shop!

I had been searching the internet and different social media’s for a personalised keychain and I just couldn’t find my exact match. I wanted it to be black, I wanted it to be covered, I wanted it to be metal (durable) and I wanted it to have writing on.

I had gone on notonthehighstreet and seen create gift love, it just stood out, they had lots of choices of colours and designs, they even have an option of sending in a drawing and they design that onto purses etc.

I instantly knew I needed this, my husband recently lost his father and I wanted something that he could carry around with him everywhere as a reminder and it’s the most perfect keychain ever.

Bought the wooden engagement ring and it's absolutely beautiful. Comes in a sweet little box and on a gorgeous plaque and, if they're not already certain they want to marry you, I reckon this will tip the scales in your favour. Also, the customer service is just top notch. Will buy from them again, though hopefully not another engagement ring!!!
