Products I ordered have arrived look like really good quality and what I expected from the website.
Customer service email was really great and I feel they cared about me as the customer.
The product arrived a few days later than suggested when I purchased the product. However due to the great customer service it was sorted very swiftly.

Really lovely high quality product, well packaged and quick to deliver. I really like how they delivered the gift box flat packed so it didn’t get crushed or damaged on the journey. I like that kind of thoughtfulness in a company. I found it very easy to order and products are fairly priced. Will shop here again for sure!

We know it can sometimes be tricky to judge size when shopping online so we always do our best to show the size of our products at every touchpoint. The photography we use on our product pages and social media posts show every keyring held in hand to illustrate size and we show each design with house keys in shot to give an indication of scale. We also provide full dimensions in the product description.
