Positive Review Creative IT

We have purchased a number of devices from Evan & the team at Creative IT since the store opened & have had positive experiences in these interactions. The continued onsite aftersales service is one of the key reasons for returning here regularly.

Pre Xmas purchases........

I have been dealing with Creative IT now for a number of years and I can honestly say that they are a very professional team of people working there.I have mostly deal with Evan who has always been very helpful and honest in his advise on my purchases.I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again.Thank you again Creative IT .....

Bought a Tablet online

Bought a Tablet online. Requested the Click and Collect. 1-2 hours were given to collect. As it was late in the evening I decided to collect the next morning.
I turned up to collect, to be told that I had to wait until the following Monday, which was 6 days later as the item wasn't in the shop.
Creative IT needs to change the "Click and Collect" option. Other than that issue, Creative IT is a good place to buy/repair Electrical items.
