A company that takes great care of you
We have used Creative Solutions twice in quick succession recently to install graphics and way-finding signage in our Community Waffle Houses. Start to finish they have been excellent. The attention to detail and customer care is faultless. We weren't sure at the beginning exactly what what we wanted and the team walked us through various options and really listened to our requirements. Basically, with these guys you get all the benefits of a friendly, honest local company with the professionalism and quality you'd usually expect of a larger, corporate outfit. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very positive experience
We chose Creative Solutions to produce our ACM exhibition panels because they offered a quick turnaround at a competitive price. Wipe board 'Skins'
Creative Solutions have provided several dry wipe board 'Skins'. I simply e-mail my design with sizes and receive a self adhesive 'skin' that acts as a great dry wipe surface. It has saved many many hours of using gridding tape (that eventually peels off) and is clear and top quality, easy to apply and looks very professional. Great products and service.

Trustworthy company with lots of staff willing to help. Prices are good and finished product was great. Only criticism is that I often felt that I ended up speaking to a different person every time I contacted them. Communication sometimes wasn't passed on. Overall, very pleased with finished result.

Great Product and Service
Ordered an outdoor notice for the Allotment frmm the webite. Company kept me informed on progress with the order and it arrived following email notification it was on its way. Alas, it arrived without the supports/ posts. Called customer service and apparently the posts went missing in transit. Customer services sent out replacement support immediately and these arrived within the week. Excellent service.
The notice board is good quality (green), exactly as advertised and looks good now erected. Fully recommended, both the product and the customer support team.

They replaced a section of vinyl which had cracked and shrunk and the result is as good as new, actually probably better than new as they use superior vinyl compared to the motorhome manufacturer! I ordered the notice board for a community group.
I had a satisfaction survey sent to me but was unaware that the product had been delivered. I spoke to the recipient who confirmed it had not been received. I rang and spoke to your Customer services team, who were very polite, but could not tell me if the product had been delivered and was told to ring back on Monday(11th April). They did reiterate the delivery time of 10-14 days from purchase date.
I agreed to do this and today have received a message from the recipient that the noticeboard was delivered earlier in the week to a neighbour who had just brought it around. This is what probably triggered the satisfaction survey.
So as you can see there appears to be a problem either with your delivery company and how information is recorded.
