Great custom whiteboard
We ordered a custom whiteboard from CS, and it looks fantastic. The printed graphic looks great and has been very durable throughout a lot of hard wear and tear. The whiteboard arrived promptly.

Good Product
Product is exactly what i wanted, i nice sublimated board which allows magnets. My only issue with the experience was having to go through a couple of items in the process to adjust size, as someone who does sublimation, with the correct equipment i don't think this is hard to do form the suppliers end. Also the board was slightly damaged in one corner but hardly noticeable to others.

Cropped Image and Bleed
Not only were they a few days late, they also cropped off the 20mm bleed that we added along with specific instructions to not touch the bleed.
The cropping was so bad in places that the actual imaged had also been cut into. Due to the delay we did not have time to wait for a reprint, and had to make it work.

Thank you for your comments. We apologise if you have experienced any issues, but your review does come as a bit of a surprise and we would like to examine where the issues you have raised have stemmed from.
We produced the items within 24hrs for a fast turnaround due to your tight deadline and created these as per your approved artwork proofing sheet alongside our stringent quality checks. Our Design Team have stated they had discussed with you the discrepancies in the sizes received, as the files were bigger, so provided a proof for you at the specific sizes that were given by yourself, showing the included 20mm overlap. The print files match exactly the sizes shown on the proof.
The items were proofed and approved on the 29th June, and produced and collected on the 30th June by your organised courier. As you sent a courier to collect the items directly from us under your instruction, any delay in receiving your goods unfortunately lays outside of our controls.
Having had the items for over 3 weeks since they left us, all communication lines are open if you are not 100% satisfied when receiving your goods so that we can work together to rectify any issues.
We have sent an email to you privately detailing the order details and artwork approved. If you wish to call or email to speak with us regarding your order please do, our Director will also try to contact you to speak about this as we take 1-star reviews very seriously.

Creative Solutions provided me with a wonderful surprise wedding present for my daughter and her husband on this most important of days. At short notice Creative Solutions designed and created a 'Katrina and Max' wedding souvenir Pub Sign and 'Just Married' car stickers. The deadline was tight as I'd left this to the last minute as usual. Creative Solutions were brilliant and exceeded anything I'd hoped for.
