Banana bread mistake

I mixed and cooked the Creative nature banana bread mix today. It didn't rise and had the consistency of a small flat brick. I offered it to friends who smiled and said it was very nice but refused a second slice. The remainder of this awful cake is going in the compost bin. It says on the packet that its "super squidgy every time"...except not this time apparently

Delicious Creative Nature cake mixes

I have tried all of the Creative Nature baking mixes and love them all.
Not only are they quick and easy they make really delicious cakes that are safe for the whole family.
My son has coeliac disease and I’m so happy to be able to bake something that he can safely eat.
Our favourite mix is the waffle and pancake mix. My son thought that I had given him gluten pancakes by accident as they tasted so good, that is high praise indeed!

Spirulina

I bought 2 packets of spirulina and they came dirty and it seemed like the packets were left long time in under the sun. In one packet the expiring date wasn't visible anymore, like wiped up. It is not allowed to sell products with no expiring date. I will never buy again from this company.

Creative Nature Carrot Cake Mix

Just purchased and baked the Creative Nature Carrot Cake Mix. Looks disgusting, tastes disgusting. From oven to bin!! Perhaps the problem with this mix is the free from everything approach. Will not be buy anymore from this range. Waste of time and money.
