I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve had an issue with your delivery. DPD are unable to leave parcels at the wrong address due to security protocols, as the recipient will need to be at the address at the time of delivery and provide the unique PIN code to the driver.

Damaged sweatpants and they refuse to help
I bought a hoodie and sweatpants for my brothers birthday. The sweatpants still with tags unused have a tear. It’s been under the 6 month consumer warranty yet crepslocker deny accountability. I’ve emailed and they keep saying it wasn’t within the 14 days. Well of course not, he just noticed the tear before he was going to wear it . They are so rued and unhelpful keep giving the same generic response they haven’t even looked and accuse now me of lying

They accept they are at fault but claim they are a small business which makes no sense your selling designer items but refuse to take accountability?
