It would be Zero if it was available. Talking to Lynn about a flourescent light that had only lasted a maximum of 2000 hours when life expectancy was 10000 hours, she said there was NO WARRANTY on these tubes and it was that I was unlucky to get one that lasted such a short length of time. I asked for a gesture of good will from them but was refused and she put the phone down on me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (NOT)

LED 5ft 24W Cool White T8 Tubes
In 2019 I replaced a couple of fluorescent tubes with Crompton LED 5ft 24W Cool White T8 Tubes. Competitively priced and reasonably easy to install (a bit of rewiring required to bypass electronic ballasts in the original units). Recently one of these developed a fault (one section of LEDs flickers on and off). I emailed Crompton customer support, 3 days later a new tube arrived free of charge!
