I have ordered an item online in Tavola Shop. I ordered it last Saturday (Jan 22, 2022), and it says it will come in 2-3 working days. I followed up on Wed because the item still didn't came and they ensure me it will come on Thursday as I urgently needed the item for baking. And on Thursday they called me and says it will not come at all. I expected that it will come because they assure me, now I am left hanging and out of time where to find a replacement item. The conclusion, I will not order in Tavola online again. And I don't even know when will I get the refund.
