Having stopped for what I meant to be a short snooze at 11pm on a motorway, I woke to find that I had fallen asleep with the lights on and was alone with a totally flat battery at 4am in a deserted gas station. Luck was with me however, as a Crouch Recovery van was unbelievably parked nearby. The recovery driver was SO obliging and helpful. He hopped out and had my car started in 2 minutes. I know which company I will call in future! Thank you.

Thanks to Shaun who recovered our vehicle after a double puncture and wheel damage on a dark Sunday night. He was extremely professional and reassuring - the location was known to him from previous incidents. He took great care to ensure our safety and we cannot thank him enough.

After being involved in an accident, Crouch recovery were called to recover my vehicle. Two drivers came and Chris and James were exceptional, they took care of me and my daughter, ensuring we were ok and got to were we needed to be, they went above and beyond, were thoughtful, considerate and kind, I was a mess! Follow the leaf spring failing on my motorhome while it was in storage, it was recovered to my proffered garage by Crouch Recovery this morning (via GreenFlag May Day). Booked a couple of days in advance, I received a call around 20mins before arrival and well within the time slot given. The driver Rob, was extremely helpful and loaded/unloaded my motorhome with great care. I'd like to thank Rob for this assistance again.

Crouch recovered a bus and trailer for us, from the M6 to Oxfordshire. It was not an easy job, particularly at our end because of difficult access. The guys were so helpful, patient, good-tempered and co-operative. Crouch should be proud of them as representatives of their company. We are very appreciative.

As the manager of a busy Main Dealer we deal with recovery agents regularly, I have to say that every interaction with Crouch Recovery is always brilliant, every member of staff I have dealt with have always been professional, efficient and so easy to deal with.
If I was ever unlucky enough to break down I would want to see a Crouch truck coming to save me.

Slowest recovery I have ever had. Took 4 hours to get to me to jump start a battery what took 5 minutes. Why say between 60 and 90 mins.

We were unfortunately involved in an accident on the M6, Birmingham, and Kye saved the day! Being only a few cars behind us, he instantly put us at ease, blocking the carriageway to keep us safe, getting the third party insurance details, recovering our badly damaged BMW and then taking us to the nearest hire vehicle place, all off of his own back without question.

Green Flag contacted Crouch Recover when I had a shredded tyre and no spare. It was at 3am and I was on my own. Shaun attended and loaded the car on to the truck. Very professional and polite and I would highly recommend the company.

Shawn came to recover my vehicle last night and he was a great man. The company knew that I had children and arrived in half the time, we really appreciated you.

So far we waited over an hour for crouch to pick us and our caravan up , said they were 30 minutes away, rang after 30 minutes and they then said they were 40 minutes away 🙈 we have had a nightmare of a day waiting for different recovery trucks , since 9am this morning, it’s now nearly 11pm and still not here , what a joke

Crouch Recovery helped us with a burnt out lorry on our land. A tricky removal. however the driver was skilled, prompt, friendly and very thorough. Professional throughout. Thank you.

I would like to recommend and thank Crouch Recovery for the assistance I got when I had a shredded tyre on the M1 on 11th November 2024. It happened on the northbound side near Junction 24. We got into the emergency layby and I called my Green Flag rescue. In the meantime a Highway Officer arrived and said that as I was in the roadworks free recovery was provided. Crouch Recovery was the first truck to arrive. The driver gave me his name as `Dingle` and he quickly changed our wheel and topped up the pressure on our spare and we were ready to move. Dingle called the Highways Control and had them close the inside lane. He then followed us onto the M1 and along to Trowell Services where he checked that we were ok. We got the torque checked on the wheel nuts and I cancelled the Green Flag recovery and we got on our way home to Middlesbrough. Thanks very much to Dingle who was driving truck reg J999TOW and Crouch Recovery we two pensioners are forever grateful. Thank you. Colin Burns, Middlesbrough.

My wife and I were enroute from Fleckney Leics to London for an important Hospital appt in UCHL with our blind son who needed severe arthritis treatment. The engineer (Dave and security dog Spike) arrived 30 mins before predicted time.We had a front tyre blowout and he took us to two local garages until we found one with the correct tyre. He was very reassuring in this fraught situation and remained until satisfied.BRILLIANT
