Broke down today, Shaun the recovery guy turned up quickly and got us loaded and back home in no time at all. Totally recommend this recovery company.

I contacted Green Flag yesterday morning and requested a call-out after our Renault Captur sent out multiple warnings. I suspected alternator or engine management system melt down but as I don't speak French I decided to call for assistance. A recovery vehicle from Crouch arrived before midday and their driver/engineer/mechanic Lee had the problem diagnosed and rectified within 30 minutes. It was a pleasure to have met him . He was totally professional and his advice regarding future issues, should they arise, was extremely helpful. Thank you Crouch Recovery and to Lee for your service.

After being the driver in an accident that wrote my vehicle off, its hard to pick out anything positive, however ......

Green Flag engaged Crouch to remove the stranded vehicle from the scene of the accident. The police were in attendance, the road was partially blocked & to be honest I was running on adrenaline. Kye from Crouch arrived & took control of the situation. He was calm, professional & very supportive. As I was urgently trying to sort the details Kye spent time ensuring every one was safe & re assuring my wife - daughter. The car was moved without any fuss, all paperwork sorted & to be honest the whole process was hassle free.

The vehicle was then moved to the safe keeping of Steve & his team at Crouch Storage Depot (Bardon). When I visited to collect my possessions, I was very impressed with the professional behavior & support offered. The team did everything they could to make sure everything was sorted in the most efficient manner. Personable, friendly & efficient is my best summary of the Crouch experience.

Lets not forget these guys deal with tragedy daily, and yet show no signs of the stress that they must have to deal with. Thank You Team

They arrived in 45 minutes, 40 minutes later we were back on the road. Cameron was professional, knowledgeable and a really nice guy - a credit to Crouch Recovery. A positive experience in what was a stressful situation.

No one wants to break down, especially not at night. But if you’re going to break down, Couch Recovery is absolutely who you need to call.
They were with us within 45 minutes, locked and loaded and on our way home with the minimum of fuss.
I can’t thank Shaun enough. He was friendly and funny and kind - just what I needed to cut through the stress of being stranded in sole charge of my 16 year old niece.

Crouch Recovery came to my assistance via Green Flag. My tyre had blown out and due to health issue, it would have been impossible for me to fit my spare. Crouch arrived in less than 50 mins and the engineer couldn't have been any more help. I didn't have to do anything. My wheel was changed within minutes, and the old wheel and all the bits n bobs were put back in place.nicely. he also looked at my wheel and the running gear to see if there was any other visible damage, which was very reassuring. I couldn't have received a better service

My husband was taken ill and unable to drive our car home from Norfolk . I contacted Crouch Recovery and they were so helpful.They arranged to pick our car up and ourselves.Steve our driver was like a knight in shining armour.He was extremely professional and kind and kept us going during the long journey .We arrived back in Leicester safe and sound and very thankful for the help and kindness shown to us by all of the staff that we encountered.I would highly recommend Crouch Recovery for a helpful and efficient service. 👌

We got a flat tire on motorway Matto from crouch recovery was fantastic took the kids upfront in cab with him knowing it was safer, apologised for not having extra seats told me n wife to stay in car while he put the car on the back n within 20 mins from answering call to sos and speaking with a lovely lady Millie Matto had dropped us all off at trowel services as to where our experience was not unpleasant at all. 6 pepperoni pizzas and two coffees from Greggs and 2 fruit shoots for kids £2.20. Thanks ever so much to all involved. Thank you for making me and my family safe.

Arrived quickly and dealt with our problem with complete professionalism. Friendly and understanding service on the phone. Brilliant in person too. If we're ever in a jam again they will be the first people I call.

Shaun saved the day when I got stuck with a puncture half way home. Not only was he friendly and professional, he was able to provide some forensic skills to help work out what had happened.
Now I have a cool story about being rescued by a Ninja Sheep.

Great service, Shaun was able to get the vehicle ( wheels were locked ) onto the truck safely and securely.
Highly recommend if you need a professional recovery.

I can not thank Max and Ellie enough for the high level of customer service they offered. I had to move a broken down car that was stuck in park from one garage to another. Whilst other companies found reasons not to do it the team at Crouch were the opposite. Great service, competitive prices and kept me fully informed. Had my car recovered, very quick & punctual. Really nice driver.

Arrived ahead of predicted time and quickly and efficiently started (flat battery) and loaded the vehicle.

Absolutely devastated, my had my car recovered from Liverpool to Nottingham due to a punctured sump. Firstly we was informed the car was expected to be back in Nottingham by 11pm and it finally arrived at 2am due to the driver collecting another car not not informing me. I was waiting over 3 hours.

Then I find that my car (that had a huge hole in the sump, drained all its oil and still leaking) had been towed back with the front wheels lifted, no doubt spewing oil over the roads. I have an electric handbrake so the car was towed with the ignition on with the drivers window open in the rain for a 2 hour drive, the interior was wet through, the window was not protected to prevent the inside of the car being wet and my battery was dead meaning we could not close window or put the hand break on when it was home. They made the decision to put a damaged (front end damaged car) on the bed which was going to a salvage yard and my perfectly good car towed on the back.

Of course to tow the car the driver put a tow board directly onto the paintwork causing scratches on the boot. There was a cable trailed over the car front to back, that was obviously blowing in the wind during the journey home, which was over 2 hours, this has scratched my front grill, bonnet, top of the car and the boot lid. My car was not a write off, it had no body or structural damage, just a punctured sump and has since been repaired.

They have done absolutely nothing to help me, I have CCTV footage of the cable trailed over the car, the driver taking the cable off the car and they’ve advised me their insurance wants to go through my insurance which will no doubt put my premiums up to get it resolved? Why should I have to claim on my insurance for something they have caused? This car is only a 2 years old!

I paid nearly £600 to have the car recovered quickly and professionally by a reputable company and I’m left with a £1000+ of body damage.

They tried to settle the dispute by offering me half the bill of £500. This does cover the cost of the damage they caused.

I wouldn’t advise using this company, they are completely unhelpful and the customer service to resolve this matter has been poor, they have advised they’d call me 5 times and haven’t, only when I’ve chased them they have emailed me. No calls.

I wish I could give 0 stars.
