Very friendly and helpful staff
Needed a paint mixed and immediately both Lisa and Helen were both friendly and helpful. They showed us some finished designs of their own and the whole purchase was enjoyable. Would certainly use them again

I went to collect the in stock paint I…
I went to collect the in stock paint I ordered after 4pm on 2nd Jan as advised only to find the Crown shop closed at 4pm Mon-Fri. Wasted journey. I went to the screwfix store opposite as I needed the paint for the weekend. I now need to cancel my order and get a refund. Not happy!

The best assistance from this guy, he simply found the paint pot I needed as I found a photo of my old dried paint.
The shop was about to close but he didn't mind at all to take time to find this specific paint.
