Very helpful in with information about the cruise and extrad

I was glad to see some of the new programs aired by Cruise1st TV recently particularly highlighting the no-fly cruises offered by P&O to the Caribbean and Canada. To bag 5 weeks of a Holliday where we can each jump on a ship in Southampton with 4 extra large suitcases, which will be largely empty at Southampton, but more than likely will be full with pressies for people by the time we come back to Southampton. All that for such a great price was amazing. We need to see more of these no-fly cruises, especially the longer ones.

While cruising can be relaxing, one thing that spoils a cruise for me is the day before the cruise ends, when I start to think about the flight home. The thought of dealing with airports and security both ends and having to sit in a metal tube packed with people I don't usually don't want to be packing in with. Then there is the cases, are they are going to be overweight or not. If they are, how much are those sadistic people at the airport going to charge me because I'm a couple of grams overweight? To be able to avoid all that hassle completely with a no-fly cruise, is nothing more than joyful. All I have to worry about then, is travel from the cruise terminal to home but I get that covered. It's a ;little more expensive than taxis and train fare, but well worth every penny, if just to avoid the travel through London to change trans and having to do that via the tube.

Let's have more of these longer no-fly cruises because that is the proper way to cruise. Surely there must be other longer no fly cruises going to different destination than the Caribbean. We want to see the world on no-fly cruises, without having to go on a world cruise, even if they have to be back-to-back cruises, or even back-to-back with a few days stop over in between.

Get your thinking caps on. While you have your thinking caps on, why not make some phone calls to executive travels companies to see if they can offer favourable prices on cars from door to ship and from ship to door, to make it a truly relaxing worry free holiday. Just a thought.

Great service agent very friendly and helpful nothing was a bother

Booked 11pm and following morning received phone clearly outlining and checking details. An hour later, paper work arrived.

We always receive excellent customer service from Akos. We have booked a few holidays through him and Cruise 1st. Akos is always very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. He answers emails very quickly, and he is very happy to call you back. We always receive first class personal help and support, and we would definitely recommend this company and Akos 100%.

Spoke to a lady called Suzanne she was so helpful and friendly, helped me with different options and gave me her direct number if I had any questions or problems.

Victoria was very helpful in finding us a great deal and didn't pressure us at all into spending more than we wanted. She answered all our queries quickly and was very professional.

I purchased a cruise on a resale site, originally booked with cruise1st.
I’ve found them disinterested when making contact, slow moving with limited opening hours, the complete opposite of my normal travel agent. I’ve had to chase upgraded paperwork to reflect shareholder benefits plus upgrade confirmations, things which would be forwarded to me the same day by cruise co uk.
I’m genuinely at a loss to understand their high ratings.
In addition their prices are higher than my normal agent. Wouldn’t use by choice, inefficient and difficult to contact, better prices available elsewhere.

First time booking with cruise1st and the whole process was completed by the wonderful Steph. I had lots of questions and went back to her a few times over 2 days to complete the booking. She went out of her way to get us the very best deal and sorted great flight times and a hotel stay for us prior to the cruise. The price we got was far better than the quotes off other companies and I'll definitely be using cruise first again.
