This lady has saved my life, the agent I booked my holiday told me I would loose my deposit of £1150, with no help whatsoever of what could be done to help me. I was absolutely devastated, I rang back and luckily I spoke to Barbara Thompson, she was the most helpful person I have ever spoken too, she has hopefully sorted my problem out(just waiting for confirmation email) she has managed to rebook my holiday and I have not lost anything. My faith has been restored today, that there are nice people i this world and Barbara is one of them.

The agent was very flexible and responded to all queries on the phone or via email really quickly - even out of hours.

Biggest con merchants. Advertising a holiday at a price, you work through the booking process and accept the extra £60 for a local flight. When you get to book it they add a further £300 for the flight on the basis that the price was correct at the time they put it on the website. Absolutely false advertising.

After sales is not there we booked this package with cruise 1st well over a year ago and had nothing back from them like voucher’s for transfer from airport to hotel and then to the port terminal even tickets for flights have not turned up yet and we are now 6 weeks before we travel we have booked package vacations with other companies and never had this worry I feel this is not the right way to get further bookings

We had excellent advise from our agent we have every thing we need for our trip to Mexico cruise.

Excellent service from David Dove at Cruise 1st, attention to detail throughout our booking process, very efficient reviewing details, and factual information given re cruise line, ports, transport, onboard amenities.
