purchase process could be better
most offer codes I had been sent would not work then as one did it took me under £40 spend and therefore I was charged for delivery without realising, so may as well not have bothered with a code. would be nice if the site could reward loyal customers.

I am sorry your codes were not valid at the time of use. When we launched the new website we generated a new batch of codes to be used in the place of the old ones. If you ever have a code that you cant seem to get to work then please contact us straight away and we i'll issue you a new one right away.
We do offer free shipping on orders over £40 so if you're lucky enough to have a discount code then as long as you make sure that your total is just over £40, you will always get both discount and free shipping, just make sure that total stays above £40 :)
With regards to rewarding loyal customers Chel, we are very excited to be be launching our new referral system next month :)

Glad I took a chance on something new!
The coffee pods arrived quickly and were compatible with my Kitchen Aid Nespresso machine. The fact that they are more ethical and environmentally aware than the Nespresso pods is a huge factor for me - so I had to try to see if they met the taste test, and they did. I had the decaf option which I really like, I will definitely be ordering again.

Fantastic coffee
Best coffee I've ever had in any form. And it's organic and fair trade which is essential for me. I haven't found out how I can recycle the capsules yet - that would make it absolutely perfect.

Lovely coffee
I really don't think that non-Nespresso capsules are as nice as the original - with the possible exception of these CRU ones. The decaf is really nice indeed. Viable alternative to the original capsules.

As soon as I opened a bag of dark roast capsules the smell of amazing coffee filled the kitchen. So full of flavour and aroma. Don't even consider any other coffee

Delicious and great service
I love this coffee. I love the taste of coffee pod coffee but was concerned about all the waste. With Cru Kafe I can recycle the pods.
On top of that the decaf is one of the best I have tasted.

Easy to order with fast delivery and an excellent coffee.
Ordering was very simple although a voucher that I had been sent to get a discount off my order did not seem to work. Delivery to me in the Channel Islands was very prompt and the quality of the coffee seems to be great.

Coffee not to my taste
These recyclable pods are a great idea however I personally didn't enjoy the coffee. I tried dark roast & intense pods & didn't like either. However as everyone's pallet is different, I rated 3 stars as the idea is great & delivery fast.
