Great tasting organic coffee capsules
Tastes good, they are organic, need I say more! Since trying these two of my colleagues have also converted from Nespresso capsules to Cru Kafe.

Great Coffee
Excellent blends of coffee, full of flavor and smooth. All of the blends are lovely and would (and have) recommend CRU.
My only suggestion would be my wife likes flavored coffee and it would be nice to have a selection of flavored pods at CRU instead of having to buy them from Nespresso. It would also save me placing two orders each time I stock up.

Fast delivery and a commitment to great customer service. My only grip is from time to time the cover barely pierces making just a couple of holes which results in it being throw away instead of being enjoyed.

Convenient Coffee
Prompt, efficient order and delivery process. Great value for money and good flavoured coffee. Only one small complaint - the coffee doesn't seem to flow just as quickly as it did when I used Nespresso capsules but at the Cru price it's worth the wait!

Our pods are not pierced like the Nespresso pods. Instead ours work on water pressure, allowing the water to sit in the pod that little bit longer so you get as much flavour in your cup of coffee as possible.
It does mean a few extra seconds wait but as you say, its well worth the wait :)

Cru have managed to produce the best tasting coffee pods I have had, deliver them conveniently and at a good price for the quality. Excellent- would recommend to anyone with a nesspresso machine!

The smoothest tasting coffee in a pod
I am rather particular about my coffee, as I have Italian friends who frequently educate me in what's good and bad, so I am choosy in what I buy. I have to admit that some Of the coffee that is the same brand as the people who make the popular machines is good. And I used to buy it regularly as the service was good also. That was until I requested a sample pack from Cru Kafe. And I can honestly say that this coffee is the best that I have tasted that comes from a pod/capsule. It really is exceptionally smooth. My preference is Dark Roast. I like it as a cappuccino and as an espresso.

Good quality but poor pods
Started out fine but then began to clog up my Nespresso Pixie.
I have had to revert back to the Nespresso pods.
Sorry to Cru for being so negative, it's a good item but needs attention and other flavours to win me back. I am sure I'm not the only customer to think this. Good luck!

Your issue does concern me a bit because we are 100% compatible with the Pixie. We use it ourselves for events and have hundreds of customers who use that machine with our pods also.

Mixed bag
Great service and I didn't have to commit to buying pods monthly.
I bought the light roasted, dark roasted and decaf. The coffee smelled great on opening the bags and then I realized that the smell was probably flavours that were being released and therefore potentially weakening the coffee in the pods over time. There was no way of re-sealling the bags so starting a bag of dark roasted really meant it couldn't be left for too long. The coffee was good, as good as Nespresso but at the same or similar price per pod that was to be expected. Plastic capsules are not recyclable in our area, so although they're good, I may be going back to Nespresso.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review today, as a relatively new company we really appreciate any feedback that we can use to better improve your experience :)
We do suggest that our pods will stay at their freshest out of the bag for 2 days, in an airtight container for 2 weeks and in the bag for 16 months.
Unfortunatly there are some councils that will not collect the type of plastic our pods are made from for recycling, which is a big shame and part of the reason we have developed a new 100% compostable pod!
The new compostable pod will be able to be thrown in with your everyday rubbish in its entirety making the whole ethical process effortless on your part :) The new pods will be available later on in the year so please do keep an eye out - we cant wait!
