Have an issue "Can't Log in on This Device" and after 10 Days still not Resolved. I have paid for yearly Subscription with 3 Months left and can't get them to assist with resolving issue. Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced.

I searched for a particular sitcom series (Happy days) and was glad to see it was available on Crunchyroll. I instantly paid for a premium subscription of Crunchyroll, but after paying the subscription, i was extremely disappointed when it said, that it was not available in my region. Crunchyroll used to be a really good app, until about 8 months ago where they rolled out a change where they started placing previews at the beginning before your show would play. In these previews they're advertising the same old shit that they already have pop-ups on the main screen of their website for. I do not give a mother fu** if it is skippable why the f*** am I still being subjected to ads when I am paying for ad free. According to Crunchyroll it's okay because it's not a traditional advertisement. It doesn't matter ad free it's ad free.

App just flat out doesn’t work
App just flat out doesn’t work on most devices. The buffering and lag is insane. It doesn’t matter what WiFi you try, what settings you use, or how low quality the show you’re trying to stream is you will not be able to finish an episode without several bufferings and lag.
Selection and quality is great and all but none of that matters if you can’t get through a single episode uninterrupted. It’s obnoxious enough to keep me sticking to other, free-er, means.
Very unprofessional customer services
Show items for sale on their website. But when you order them they just hold your money for around a week and then issue a refund with NO explanation of why. My son has tried to order the same item 3 times as he really wants it. But they just refund him every time. Whats the point?

I noticed a recurring charge from them, attempted to log in - no success. tried to reset password, never got the link to my email. reached out to customer support via chatbot then connected by chat to agent. got a runaround related to credit card and profile. they tell me they don't have an account so therefore they can't cancel me. reported them to credit card company. scam artists.
Constant buffering. Takes 40min to watch a 20min episode
it's good to watch if you have extra time. if you want to watch a 20 minute anime, be prepared to take 40 minutes because of the almost constant buffering. nothing else is using my Internet, everything else loads like a dream, crunchyroll is just incredibly bad.
