Paid for 1 day delivery took 2 months to arrive have moved house since then so haven't had my package contacted them to try and sort this had no response

I never recieved my order, which happens with online ordering but I've written to the company multiple times with no response. I'm going to have to dispute my credit card charges just to get my money back. Horrible customer experience.

Worst company ever.
Item never turned up and zero responce from my many many emails,Facebook messages etc

I bought from this website and never received my order. I emailed customer service and never got a reply and now they have the cheek to ask me for a review. Never buy from here as apparently they just don’t send you what you order, and then disappear off the face of the earth.

Never received my order. Several emails, chat messages on website and social media comments and no resolution. The only response I did get was on the chat message, and that was to say it had been fulfilled at their end. As all items are supposedly tracked, this should have been easy to resolve. Thankfully, I paid by PayPal, and received a refund from them, after Crushyballs obviously didn't respond to them either. Glad to finally get my refund, but just wrong that it had to be from PayPal. This company used to be first rate, but I will never shop with them again. I have found there are better value sellers out there.

I placed an order, waited over a month before chasing it up. I had no response so 2 weeks later I contacted them again. Still no response so I had to cancel and claim money back from PayPal.
I won't order from them again and wouldn't recommend them either.

I never received my orders notwithstanding I have emailed them several times.

Order never turned up. Messaged seller three times with no response. Ended up having to claim a refund through PayPal and still no contact from the seller to acknowledge or apologise for the issue.

I was very disappointed with the last experience. After many orders that had been excellent in the past, the last one was abysmal. The delivery was scheduled for next day, after one week nothing. I contacted you twice and had no replies, so I had to go through PayPal to get some kind of information or return. Again, it took some days until I got a message for the delivery. And finally the order was delivered.
No word from your Customer Service at all.
I won’t be buying from you again.

Did not receive. Contacted but no response

I have placed an order on 17/04/2024. At that time the reviews were mixed, but I thought I'd give them a try as they accepted Paypal and I knew I would be protected as a buyer. Thankfully, I used Paypal, as God did I need the protection. I have contacted the seller through their e-mail address, website and the webchat that doesn't work over half a dozen times since placing my order. As I can appreciate it may be a small business, I tried to wait until today to see if the order would be shipped. Unfortunately no order shipped or reply to my e-mails, so I had no choice but to contact Paypal and received an immediate refund. It's a shame really
