I received incorrect items

I received incorrect items.
I emailed, called and completed a contact form online and never got a response. Tried for over a month. No one has ever got back to me.

Order not sent

Did not receive my order and sent many emails to crushyballs regarding this and did not receive any response from them,maybe they have stopped trading

Poor to no communication, still haven't received my order wjich I placed in January,I do not recommend!!!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I've reached out about 4 times asking for an update on my order, no one ever got back to me. I still have not received what I ordered, and I will be trying to get refunded because they did not refund me as of yet. Really bad experience with this business. I expect some type of update if I've reached out as many times as I have, but it seems like they do not keep track of orders or respond to customer emails regarding orders. No one has responded back to me regarding my order after my 3+ attempts.
