I never received my order. Thankfully I purchased with PayPal and was able to get a full refund. If you want to risk ordering from here, make sure you do it with PayPal and not your bank card.

Around half a month ago, I naively ordered 400 peach ice crushyballs without checking the reviews. Only after checking the reviews, I went into a deep dive onto their social medias. All accounts seemed to have been botted - which is against Instagram and Tiktok terms of service.

Their Twitter was slightly active, posting every few weeks or so, and I looked at comments underneath their posts - all people questioning where there order is.

The reviews on their site are mainly fabricated too - you can check for yourself. Many of the so called 'positive' reviews were all posted on the same day, using similar writing mannerisms.

After taking that deep look into this all, I was concerned and realised that this is indeed a scam website. I got a refund through Paypal and I advise anyone who has ordered from them to do the same.

When I placed the order, it was fine. I had no tracking, no contact with customer service after I had enquired. The parcel arrived after almost a month, despite having said up to 5-7 working days. I only received 1 of the 5 flavours that I had ordered- the rest of the 4 were just whatever was thrown in. Not happy with my experience- would recommend just buying the same stuff from Amazon!

I never recieved my order and contacted you numerous times concerning this but never heard back. So gave up and ordered elsewhere. About 5 weeks later they showed up with no explanation as to the reason for the delay. Now I'm very dubious to re order inçase they don't show up in time for my requirements.

I place my order back in October 2023 and still haven’t received my order. I keep emailing them like they stated and no response. Do not order unless you want to experience that same issue.

I have ordered from crushyballs prior to this recent purchase and it was a positive delivery. But really let me down this time, no response from anyone, not delivered, not sure what went wrong there but not a consistent experience.

I have tried some other crushy balls whilst waiting for a delivery. They just don’t cut it, will keep ordering from here

Two orders and neither received, despite numbers emails and messages on social media which were all ignored. So disappointing as I had been using the company for a while. Won’t be ordering from them again!

They stole 56 euros never received my order!!!!! Contact supports - No answer will fill a complain

Item didn’t turn up

Placed order beginning of January hoping to get it as a valentines present as the shipping estimate said the latest it would arrive would be a few days past the 14th of February. It is now April and my order is still just confirmed despite reaching out to no response
