Postage messed up by supplier!

Item never arrived but instead I got a card stating not enough postage paid and royal mail wanted £5 from me to release my item which only cost £3! Asked for a replacement but NO communication from seller and gave me a refund without me asking for a refund!

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. My first order came within a week. So placed a second order thinking I would receive in about the same time. Sadly on this occasion, that has not been the case. Contacted 3 time's. No response. Such a good product.

Haven't received items yet asking for a…

Haven't received items yet asking for a review. Really!!! This company is a scam. Since ordering they have constantly tried to take money from my account. After bank investigating it was going to a health center in America. The health center does not know me or have any information about these payments. I have had to close my account as payments were still trying to get taken. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Products never received and ZERO communication or response!

I placed my order on December 31st 2023 and based on the website and me being in the U.S., I anticipated delivery within 21 days. None of the products ever arrived. Emails and chats were never answered. I had to call my bank to dispute and refund the purchase charges. I don't know what's going on with this company, but reading many of the reviews here, I can see that they all had the same experience. It's very unfortunate, because they appeared to have a lot of great products that I was really looking forward to trying out.

I made an order with this company, and my order NEVER showed up!
Sent several emails to inquire about my order, ZERO communication. NO customer service company contact number either.

Now I'm getting a link to give a review for their products. WOW! LOL

Order not yet received

Unfortunately, I still haven't received my order, however, I am aware of the situation. Just getting a little worried and antsy because my order was not small. I hope it arrives soon. Izaz is a good person, however, due to circumstances beyond his control, he's a bit behind and trying to ensure his customers are taken care of. I hope to give him another 5 star review soon! Happy holidays
