Failure to deliver or communicate

Ordered Oct. 20th 2023, as of Dec. 19th I have gotten no delivery, no tracking and no response anywhere other then the automated "order had been fulfilled". Request for refund was ignored. Disappointing as I've ordered before and they had great customer service.

Something's gone wrong at this company

No tracking number, no response to my email, and my order still has not arrived. My first few orders went fine. My October order never arrived so I disputed the charge and my credit card company reversed it. This is last chance (December).

I have two orders still in transit…

I have two orders still in transit supposedly for the past three months now.. I'm probably never going to order again which is sad because they used to be a good company. I emailed them multiple times and never got a response. I think this place is dead.

I ordered a few things from this…

I ordered a few things from this company and paid for the expedited shipping which they claimed would take 2 to 11 business days. That didn't happen its been 2 months now and I still haven't recieved my items. I tried to contact them multiple times and they never responded.

Initially a great company but terrible…

Initially a great company but terrible service now!
Last order i paid for next day shipping £6 and it took 5 days to be delivered. Put an order in 2 weeks ago and still not recieved the item! Better off going on amazon for same product! Cheaper and quicker delivery!
