It took 3-4 months to get my order and when it came it was wrong I’ve tried contacting them so many times for a refund but didn’t get a response

A store that won’t ship your order, won’t reply you, won’t refund, well I guess this is a scam afterall

Item not delivered, (ordered 26th October) its been late coming a couple of times before and the customer service has been amazing but this time I sent a screenshot of my receipt and they still asked for the order number. I sent the order number over 24 hours ago and they've still not looked at the message. This is the last time I'll order from them, ive found the item cheaper on Amazon. Oh and just as a side note, the last time i thought an order was late, it turned out somebody had picked the envelope up and put it in my bedroom but the man I was speaking to said I'd signed for it, impossible as I wasn't even in the country and I didn't ask for signed for delivery so the postman must have signed for it himself!!

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Shipping to the UK so should not take long, but still have not received order.

Customer support does not reply to emails or chat. I will be filing a chargeback soon with my bank within the next 2 weeks.

This order was never received and Crushy Balls never responded to multiple emails. It has been over 2 months. Terrible business practice to not follow through on orders!!

Great since mint/menthol cigarettes were banned, manual machine works brilliant once you get used to it, it's a simple but great gadget

I’ve reached out multiple times about my purchase in September that I still haven’t received even though it’s been almost two months! and I still haven’t received any kind of message back from Crushy balls. Won’t be ordering again till this is resolved or I hear something from them.

I placed an order on Sept 7, 2023. I have not received my order. I have reached out through the "message us" function in their website, and I have sent several emails. Nothing,not one peep from them. My order number is 7704 and they have my money and I have nothing.

I have the same experience as many others where I have sent multiple messages in their chat as well as many emails with no response. I hope that it's not a scam but certainly feels that way with all the other reviews. Unless they resolve their issues I would not recommend ordering from this company. My order number is 7803. I would be happy to change my review if contacted.

You never delivered. I emailed 2x asking about my order. I placed it August 17th and never heard anything back.

I placed an order on Sept 30. 2 weeks later and I still have not received any information regarding shipping. I have called, emailed and sent a DM to their social media page. No response.

I’ll be filing fraud charges with my bank as they have already taken the money from my account but don’t have the decency to send the product or even provide an update.
