Horrible customer service I placed an order that I never received I can not log onto the website. I can not track the order because my order number doesn’t work. I have sent multiple emails and chats with zero response. I feel like crushy balls are thieves. Do not order from them unless you want to just give away your money. They have left me no choice but to dispute the bank charge or claim fraud. So sad I was looking forward to trying their product buyers beware! I DO NOT believe the positive reviews on this website there are too many people with stories similar to mine to believe them this is a scam and I will be filling fraud charges!!!

My last order never turned up, I messaged loads of times and didn’t get a reply

09/23/23 I went to shop to track my package and it said it had been delivered 12 hours ago so when checking the mail there is no package I will check tomorrow

I ordered and paid for 3 x Orange Ice crushy balls & only received 1!
I emailed & used live chat but received no reply to either!

I have shopped with this company for along time, my order this time didn’t arrive, spoke to someone on live chat who said would send replacement, that also has t arrived! Got a telephone number and the man said he would re send said about 3 different addresses and this still hasn’t come, have asked for refund and heard nothing !

No response to email asking for tracking number. Taking forever to receive item, still haven't received after weeks. UPDATE: It's been 30 days since the order receipt said "shipped" and still no response from crushyballs, and of course no receipt of the actual products ordered. Seems to be a common theme in the reviews I've read.

I'm hoping I can change my review, but I've been waiting for weeks with no updates. Haven't been able to reach support.
The support messanger on their website says my order has been fulfilled, which it definitely has not.
I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get it.

Willing to modify the order to my requirements..

Good product, but be nice if they had offers/discounts to save money. Cz you usually by these type of things in bulk, so free shipping is ok but maybe 'buy 4 get one free'? or something like that. Just so you get a bit more for your money.

I placed an order for 4 packs on the 31/05/23 and still haven’t received them. I sent two emails with no reply, then commented on their FB page and was asked to direct message them, presumably as others could see. I then messaged them as they asked again with no reply. I then messaged them again 3 days later and still no reply. So they have basically kept my money and not sent goods. Will not buy from again and will be warning others in future.

Looked up this product as a joke originally with a friend had no idea they actually existed .. i now have pretty much every flavour (minus a couple that are out of stock).. fast delivery, great flavours (for the price i wasnt expecting them to be great) wow was i wrong the flavours are strong and some are just mouth watering.. and on top of that the customer service was amazing .. i feel like this is the start of a wonderful friendship!!

New packaging doesn't fit through letter box like the old style box did. But contents still perfect

They are a lot easy to use then what I thought. Also inexpensive. I will be buying more.
