Love crush balls. It makes smoking very tasty.

Good product

Came in good time. Product is as described. My only complaint would be with the dispenser which jammed on the first use and isn't possible to clear. On the up side, using the stick provided with the crushy balls works well enough.

I live in Long Beach CA USA and love that you will deliver to me. Your menthal flavor does the trick.

When I received the crushy ball applicator I bought to load the crushy balls in, it was broken. This was quite disappointing. The crushy balls are great, I have been using the little red sticks to put the balls in the filter and that works ok.

Product was never delivered and I received no reply from the company when I emailed them to enquire about it.

Not as good as normal. Not 100 in each container Around 80ish. And a lot of dried empty balls in my container

Just got today and tried both the Ice Blue and Green Menthol. Both were great. They did take a bit of time for delivery....so ordering more today. Highly recommend.

OMG. Game changer. Now i can enjoy a menthol cigarette ever since the ban. It did take awhile to get, only because its was international shipping. But, amazing flavor!!! I will absolutely be purchasing more products!!

It took awhile to get here but other then that they are amazing! Also I think for the inconvenience they gave me an extra pack! They are delicious!
Also people read the terms!!! They even say you won’t receive tracking till after customs!!! They are a legit website! Read the fine print!

I never received my items, never received a tracking number, and I’ve contacted you guys THREE times via email and chat and received ZERO response, this is easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’m appalled to be receiving a “how did we do?” survey. Obviously it was sent automatically, exactly 30 days from my purchase, so I still have no faith that this will reach an actual person. I’d like a refund directly from you before having to contact my bank and issue a claim for fraud, because that is precisely what this is.

I ordered from this company over a month ago and have yet to receive my order. I have reached out via chat and email, and have only received one, very delayed (more than 24 hours after my inquiry) chat reply.

I have tried to be patient as I understand there have been some shipping issues outside of the control of the business. However, repeated attempts to receive updates, now that the shipping issue is resolved, have not been successful. The only correspondence I have received assured me that I would get an update when the shipping issue resolved, and would receive an email for a discount on my next order. I have not received either of those in the 5+ weeks since I placed my order. I fear I will not receive my order, and that any money paid, is lost. I don’t recommend this place.

Never got the order or a tracking number. They refunded $8 when order was >$50 . Absolutely terrible company to deal with. They never reply to chat , only thing I got was given as a response when I asked for the tracking number was a promise for a 20% off my next order... like that is ever going to happen after being stiffed like that.

The product is fantastic! better than advertised I would say! If that is possible! Even if it took me a month to get it from great Britain!

I have sent multiple emails regarding not receiving my order. the tracking information with a link that was sent me showed 'delivered'. they responded back to one of my many emails, stating my order has been delayed and the tracking information was incorrect and would keep me posted with any additional information. I sent a fourth email and I'm still waiting for a response

I have been looking for this since the menthol ban!
Only used to purchase the menthol ones but now my favourite is blueberry!
