Recently purchased a washing machine from CS Suppliers. The price I paid was the lowest, I could find.
The next day delivery went without a hiccup. The driver was friendly, professional, efficient and arrived when he said he would. For a very small fee they even took away my old washing machine.

Excellent service ordered a tumble dryer last night and was delivered 1st thing the next morning

I just purchased a heat pump dryer from their showroom. The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
Our dryer was delivered the following day.
I will definitely visit their showroom again

Applied online for a coin meter rental television as mine has broken and can't afford to buy new one outright.. Filled form out, sent form online 4 days ago still no word. Used their contact form on their website enquiring about my application still no response. Tried again yesterday and again still waiting for a response.. Why advertise something then not actually do ths advertised item???? Is it a gimmick?? Just a simple yes or no thats all i was asking for..

Poor from start to finish, advertising items they do not have, customer service via telephone is poor and website is terrible. Go to the big retail giants that are not stuck in the 1980’s. I always try to support local businesses but these guys need left behind….

Never answers their emails. This is company I would certainly not recommend . Still waiting for a refund for a airfryer that I never received. Think before you buy from then.

I have rented from Raymond for many years now and recently with the buy and own rental and the great deals that you get for renting more appliances in my case an American fridge freezer and a washing machine not to mention the 55 inch Samsung television that I was upgraded to Just before Christmas by the new guy D he was so helpful and patient with me . Happy new year to all the staff who made the experience a joy

I ordered and paid for a dyson hoover on 04.09.24. I missed an email in my junk box which had been sent on 05.09.24 saying they wanted to arrange delivery. Great - I replied on 13.09.24. Several emails later from me, still no reply until 17.09.24 which said sorry issue with stock can give free upgrade would be in stock on 23.09.24 - fine. No contact until 25.09 which said it was given to DPD. When I use tracking it says that DPD are awaiting parcel still on 30.09.24. Despite numerous emails and phone calls to CS I’ve had no answer. With a newborn and a toddler and two dogs - a hoover is needed. Posting here as perhaps might get a response easier this way. Would not use this company again and should have listened to reviews on delivery outside of belfast.

Needed a washing machine quickly as mine broke down - got one delivered & installed in 2 days - staff on phone so helpful & called me before delivery so I could nip out of work - delivery driver first class

I purchased an air fryer from CS Suppliers and the customer service has been second to none. The price was very good and the delivery quick and efficient. Emails every step of the way and my one query answered very quickly. Well done CS Supplies I will be recommending you to friends and family.

Unhelpful customer service. Asked if they could send me a picture of a product box so I can confirm the model before purchasing and they just told me "no we're too busy!" At least they could have been polite and said that they would send me a picture later on. If they are unhelpful during the sales stage, imagine what will happen after sales!

Bought a tumble dryer and was assured it would be delivered by courier on Tues 27.02.24 confirmed by phone call from both Cs and courier service I took the day off to receive my order and only to get a phone call from courier to say it WILL NOT be delivered today but probably Thursday 29.02.24,unfortunately no one would be at the address to receive it so I drove 100 mile round trip to pick it up myself! This is not the first time its happened to me when I purchased a washing machine from them also.... don't expect to get a delivery OUTSIDE BELFAST!!!

Fridge great fitted in my built-in cupboard I was a it rworried as it didn't seem to close properly the fridge kept beeping it has now seemed to rectified itself

Ued this company during covid for washing machine as i wear a uniform to work couldnt get no one else to delivery quickly without paying a fortune these guys delivered the next day for free as i am an essential worker have bought all my appliances here ever since and have never been disappointed
